Dr Yee and his dental assistant are great! The dental assistant makes me feel special whenever I visit the office. I like their music at the waiting room - calms you down :). I've seen three receptionists since I last enrolled in the year. They're all very gracious except that I feel they are either not equipped when reconciling payments or the recording system is not as efficient. There had been a couple times where there was a discrepancy in our bill or payment of the bill. At those times we and the receptionists had to wait for the doctor's availability (he's with patients right away) and we ended up leaving hoping to get the payment resolved the next time we visit :(. read more

Because of Yvonne B. and doctor's response is why I am deciding on this office for their caring ways.....this tells me the office cares about its patient going the extra mile. This doctor took this much time to write a response and you can tell sincere and true. Upsetting when people think others owe them, selfish, inconsiderate, stressed and upset about life that they take it out on a dental office where they have been patient for 5 years with their family. It is obvious being a patient for 5 years that this office, doctor, staff was doing an awesome job or Yvonne B. would have left before 5 years. I am reviewing reviews for Wilma Yee finding as an In-Network provider with my insurance. All the reviews are great then this one with a Mother that did not have care for another child bringing to her appointment. Yvonne B., learn in life that you made a commitment to have children and in that commitment is to also care for your children not others. How nice this office was to assist you in your duties as a Mom to care for your child when they are not a daycare. I do not know any dental or medical office being so nice and accommodating to care for a patient's obvious young child. Yvonne B., you are responsible for your children no one else and you failed to get a babysitter or reschedule, so a medical office does not have to be so nice and help you. No one owes you anything in life. I can tell you were upset because whoever was to watch your child at home or elsewhere could not, and you had to bring your child to your appointment. This was your fault Yvonne B. Yvonne B., years later and I am sure in 2024 you are still going through issues due to children. This is Life, welcome to Growing up with your own family. I honestly do not like the dentist at all... usually. I have only ever liked two, a family member dentist, and now Dr. Yee at Skyline Dental. Due to circumstances from the last couple of years such as moving around, losing insurance, and Covid, I really didn't get a chance to actually go to the dentist. After moving to the area and finally having good insurance again, I decided it was something I could not wait on much longer. I found the reviews for Skyline Dental, about how Dr. Yee doesn't judge, is great at explaining what is going on, and is gentle. These things couldn't be more true. About a month after my first visit, one of my veneers cracked in half completely during the weekend. I was panicked because I had a big event to host. I called and left a message and they got back to me on Monday for a next day appointment, even made enough appointment time to get me a temporary crown--which is about a two hour appointment. They numbed me up, I didn't feel a thing, and every time I would flinch (mainly because of the drill sounds) he would immediately stop and make sure I was doing good. Definitely feel a lot less anxious about the dentist now. I am super appreciative of Dr. Yee and everyone who works at this office! read more

I am someone who has classic dental anxiety which ends in me taking my time between appointments. My old dentist didn't take my new insurance so I had to make a switch- Dr. Yee blows my last dentist out of the water. He is patient and thoroughly explains everything. He gave me adequate time to ask questions and didn't make me feel rushed or guilty about not getting to a new dentist sooner. He helped ease my nerves and assured me everything would be at my pace. His staff is an absolute delight from the second you walk in until you leave. Even during Covid times- it's a very welcoming environment. Thanks so much to everyone in this office! I called because my boyfriend had an impacted wisdom tooth he needed removed. I ended up talking directly to Dr.leland himself, and he was so great. The dental office I had been to prior had told me I needed deep cleaning with 1200 worth of antibiotics .... Dr.Leland looked at the xrays I had sent over and told me I didn't need the 1200 worth of antibiotics. He couldn't do the impacted tooth because it was too close to the nerve, but I will definitely be making my boyfriend an appt with Dr.Leland once he's healed from the tooth removal. My family and I started going here about five years ago. I loved how prompt and informational the dr was (at that time). We've mostly stayed with them the past few years, because of insurance... the longer you go, the more they pay. They have been patient and accommodating to my oldest child, I was never able to get my youngest to them. That being said, it wasn't until the appointment that was scheduled for today at 9 am, that I was told they reserve the whole hour for the appointment. I had both my kids there, and there was only one available seat at 9 am. The dentist wasn't able to see my son until about 9:30, but his teeth had already been cleaned thank goodness. It wasn't until 9:40 that they said they were ready for me. I walked out. Time is important to everyone, and the past five years it has been very frustrating to never be told the appointment time is not what they go by. It will be the first question I ask my new dentist that is closer to home. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. I am one of the unusual people who love getting their teeth cleaned. I've paid a lot of money to get my teeth straightened and I look forward to dental visits every 6 months. I'm really sad I had to pull my whole family from them. This is my very first visit to Sky Dental. I've meant to come here a few years ago, but the timing and my situation wasn't in the right place. I've recently had tooth pain and as soon as I arrived was greeted and made to feel so welcome. I'm not sure if I should mention names, but everyone from the front desk receptionist, the x-ray technician, to the Doctor was so friendly and nice. I felt at ease with everything. This was by far the only pleasant, positive, and warm experience I've encountered at a dentist office. I cannot wait to go back, get started on taking better care of my teeth and seeing all of the amazing people that work there again! :-D!!! read more

I hade a dental emergency a bad tooth that needed a root canal however a root canal can be very expensive it can run you from 700-2200 dollars easily I just wanted my tooth pulled before I made it to skyline dental I was seen at a different dentist that just wanted money that would not pull my tooth even though it was badly infected and impacted yes I knew the tooth could be saved but that's not what I wanted. I wanted to be out of pain and my tooth pulled I got on google and started calling every dentist i could but due to the covid 19 everyone was closed. I tried one more office skyline dental the dentist just happened to be there seeing emergency patient and told me to come in when I got to the office I found out they didnt take my insurance but that didnt matter the dentist was still willing to see me and pulled my tooth for a very small price. I'm so grateful I found skyline dental that day .. if i could give them 10 stars i would .. Thanks so much and i forgot to mention the dental assistant that was working the front desk and assisted the doctor was even more awesome she really helped. I highly recommend this office read more

When I had an emergency and my regular Dentist wasn't available I called Skyline and they fit me in to repair a broken crown. I was so impressed with the level of expertise as well as how painless the whole process was that I became a patient of Dr. Leland Yee and have been completely happy with the level of treatment I have received. Dr. Yee was very knowledgeable and was able to give me multiple options for my proceedure, which was to remove a tooth with a broken crown. This is my families dentistry. I myself have had work done here as well as my young children. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable with TVs and other amenities.
