My fiancé quickly realized that he didn't want a traditional wedding band when we began our search. He decided on a signet ring and we found a beautiful, clean, vintage piece in rose gold. Then we began the search for a hand engraver to create a monogram using our initials. There are very few such artists out there, it turns out! We were very fortunate to have found David. We gave him our initials (A for me, S for him, G for our last name), sample photos of font styles we liked, and he created the most amazing, unique, special piece for us. For myself, I had 2 rose gold wedding bands and wanted to have an art deco motif engraved. I told David what I liked, he explained how that wouldn't work on a ring, then offered up a fresh design inspired by what I wanted. It was absolutely perfect! We could not be more thrilled with the rings. Only made even sweeter by working with David. A true artist who is obviously passionate about his work and loves what he does. I would absolutely recommend his services. He responded to messages quickly and was great to work with.

Davis Giulietti is amongst the last of a dying breed...hand engravers! As you can see from my posted photos that his work is amazing in its' precision and detail. My arthritic knuckles would no longer allow me to wear the top heavy traditional signet ring that I had worn for over 35 years. I met with David before buying a gold band to make sure that it would be possible to create a signet on a plain flat band. He assured me that it could be done and we worked together on the design. My monogram and the fish that signify the astrological sign Pisces. Each in their own sphere. The oval enclosure reminded me of a pond or fish bowl! David is truly an artist and the project took some time to complete, but seeing the finished results definitely made the wait worthwhile. Thank you David for creating something very special that I will treasure always.

    Impeccable work!

All I can say is WOW! I brought in a signet ring for hand-engraving. After looking through some really cool font books (and nerding out on typefaces) I finally chose a traditional script initial. I even asked him to add some extra curlicues to make it more one-of-a-kind. A week later I came to pick it up and it's gorgeous! This is a piece I'll have forever. Kind of bummed i don't need more things engraved because this guy is a true master.

I had my rings resized up 2.5 sizes and was really nervous about the integrity of the settings afterward, especially with the diamonds, but it's been about a month+ of regular wear and everything is still perfect. No loose stones, no diamonds falling out, and the resize looks good. Super happy with the craftsmanship and care put into my rings. Rodrigo was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and immediately made me feel at ease. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and the people trusting him with sentimental pieces. It's hard to find people who are both skilled and trustworthy, and safe to say I won't be going anywhere else for my jewelry needs.

This piece means a lot to me--it was given to me by my sister before her wedding, and I use it to hold my husband's star number. When I shared that with him, he told me that if it's valuable to me, then it's valuable to him too. That really stuck with me. I included before and after photos, and honestly, I love that the repaired spot has a little character now--it tells a story. It feels even more meaningful than before. Kind, professional, and truly cares about his work. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I've shopped here frequently over the years. About a year ago I bought a sterling silver ring here…read morewith a blue stone. Unfortunately, the stone turned into a greenish brown color. I stopped by today to ask about it and was prepared to simply buy a new ring-- it was fairly inexpensive. The store was empty, and there were two people working there who did not greet me when I walked in, as they were busy complaining loudly about someone. I stepped up to the counter, and despite the workers standing behind the counter, and one person looking at me directly, they still didn't greet me. At one point, one looked like she was coming toward me, looked me in the eye and then grabbed her beverage and turned away. Finally I asked directly for help. I showed her the ring and asked to look at the identical one behind the counter. She got very nervous and told me they hadn't seen a stone turn brown before. She immediately told me that she would not contact the company for me, that I needed to do it myself. I hadn't even asked her to. She kept saying things like "well if it had been two weeks we maybe could help you." to which I responded, "do you expect a ring to turn brown after 2 weeks?" She then said she couldn't contact the company because they would "ask her questions" she didn't know the answer to. I have no answers either why a stone would turn brown with occasional wear, no chemicals, etc. I would think they would want to talk to the company about this if they are selling jewelry that turns brown. Anyway, I was just really turned off by the fact that they had an empty store, but yet basically told me I had to contact the wholesale distributor myself. It really seemed like these two are doing everything they can to do the least work possible! I typically think a nice thing about shopping at a local boutique would be the customer service.. not here. I did not buy a new ring, and will not shop here again.

There was a little confusion from Marina bc for the on-line sign up form it asks what service you want done & which ear. Marina forgot to ask & confirm w/my daughter which ear she wanted pierced. My fiancée and I came here last year looking for an engagement ring together - I knew I wanted something unique, but wasn't sure where to start. Rada's collection is amazing and full of so many treasures. She worked with us and one of her artists to customize a ring based on a stone we loved, and she made me a custom matching wedding band at the same time. It turned out better than I could have possibly imagined, and was surprisingly affordable - she will work with your budget and give you a variety of options. Flash forward a year - it's a week before our wedding, and I remembered at the very last minute that I should probably clean my ring before the wedding photos. I sent Rada a frantic note to see if there was any way she could help me with that, acknowledging the very short time frame. In just two days, she had my ring cleaned, the band was repolished, and returned to me looking better than ever. And she did this all for no charge!! I'm blown away by the customer service and so grateful to Rada for going out of her way to help me. Will definitely be returning to scoop up some more pieces in the future.
