Dr. Grider is great. He has an office at Big Pine key and will see you right away if you have an issue. The folks in his office are great.

I was extremely nervous because it was a pretty nasty cut, and I had never gotten staples before, so I didn't know what to expect. Jorge walked me through the whole process, reassured me that everything was going to be alright, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. He has a great attitude and genuinely makes you feel like he truly cares about his patients. The staff was also amazing and very professional. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a much smoother one thanks to Jorge and his team. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality care and compassionate service.

She allowed me to speak to nurse Kelsey who also took the time to check and find out if they could help me and yes they were able and willing to help. So I saw Dr Hare who was kind, compassionate not in a rush to get me out of there which is unusual to say the least. Even my check out experience was nice as Kelly and Kayla helped me understand some insurance issues and greatly helped me with a past due balance issue. I highly recommend this office and feel like the extra hour of travel time was very much worth it.

I have never had nothing but kind words for the Dr.'s - they have always been attentive and provided great care. My experience with the office staff has also always been adequate. HOWEVER, there seems to have been a shift at the front desk. When I called, the first thing I noticed was a bubbly voice in the phone- not usually my experience at Dr. offices. Then, as i proceeded with my issue this young lady was not only friendly and accommodating, she was competent! DIANA!!! Thank you very much for mot only working with me, but for seeing it through to fruition! I appreciate you, Dr. Mittapalli and the care , concern and efforts that they had for my situation. let me be clear- again, I have never had a bad experience with anyone at the front desk! But Diana seemed to go above and beyond with an excellent attitude. Great Dr.s and a great team! I appreciate you all!! Thank you again!!! Amy Reed

If I could give zero stars, I would. Campbell Urgent Care…read morehas been one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I've ever dealt with. Three years after a simple visit, they suddenly attempted to invoice me for a balance I was never notified about. I reached out multiple times for clarification, and the account manager, Michelle Gusberti, consistently avoided answering direct questions. Instead of helping resolve the issue or explaining why a bill was appearing nearly three years later, she insisted I owed it -- despite the clinic only sending one statement that I never received. The clinic itself feels outdated, and the staff gives off an uncaring, "you're just a number" vibe. Nothing about the environment or the service suggests professionalism or patient-centered care. With so many better urgent care options in the area, I genuinely don't understand how this place is still operating the way it does. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

We are college students, that's a lot of money, but we had to pay because my friend was getting worse. Nurse disappeared for 10 minutes and said she would go get someone. When she came back I asked if there was anyone available and she said "oh right" and left again for 5 minutes. When we finally got seen the head nurse, she was extremely rude and treating us like we were dumb, telling us we shouldn't have come and should have gone to the hospital, snapping at my out of it friend when he responded wrong. She said my friend's blood pressure was "through the roof" while a different nurse said it was only slightly elevated. The dramatics were not helping. Once the room stopped spinning for my friend she asked if he was still dizzy and he said no, and she just walked out of the room not saying anything. Then we got a different nurse and he explained our friend had a low grade fever and to just rest. Felt like a whole lot of nothing for $211. We left and got Pedialyte and monitored our friend for the rest of the night ourselves. Not a good experience here. Not recommended.

I made a pre-arrival appointment for 9:30 a.m., and from the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. Chelsea at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was both friendly and professional. As a new patient, I was fully registered within just a couple of minutes. She even informed me of my copay before I was seen, processed my payment, provided a receipt, and explained what to expect next. Shortly afterward, Tiffany, the medical assistant, brought me back to the exam room. She was incredibly friendly, made me laugh, and immediately put me at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She efficiently took my vital signs and gathered information about my injury. Abi, the nurse, also assisted during my visit. She was bubbly, kind, and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere. Dr. Louis came in promptly after Tiffany finished. He was calm, professional, caring, and had an excellent bedside manner. After evaluating my injury, he ordered the necessary X-rays. Jonathan, the X-ray technologist, arrived right away. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed my X-rays quickly while explaining the process and what the remainder of my visit would look like. The communication and teamwork among this entire staff were outstanding. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and I felt informed and cared for every step of the way. My X-rays were read quickly, my discharge instructions were thoroughly explained, and I was provided with the equipment needed to help immobilize my injury. From check-in to discharge, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I would gladly return to this location and highly recommend it to anyone needing urgent care services. This team deserves a 10 out of 10 for professionalism, efficiency, communication, and patient care. Thank you, Chelsea, Tiffany, Abi, Jonathan, and Dr. Louis, for providing such exceptional care and demonstrating what great teamwork looks like!

I explained to the nurse that I was still having symptoms, that I knew something was not right with my body, and asked whether I could speak with the doctor or receive a referral to a urologist. Her response was simply that they don't do that there and that I needed to follow up with my primary care physician. The way the conversation was handled felt extremely dismissive and rude, particularly considering that I was still experiencing symptoms and was asking for help figuring out what to do next. My symptoms continued and eventually became painful enough that I went to the emergency room, where I was diagnosed, treated and prescribed antibiotics. I understand that tests can initially come back negative and that diagnoses can change as symptoms develop. My issue is with how my concerns were handled when I specifically said something still felt wrong and asked for further guidance. I did not feel heard or cared for. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location.
