It was a very awkward feeling because other doctors pull up the little stool and sit in front of you and look you in the eyes when they are asking questions. I gave her the leeway of a possible bad day and returned another time. She was argumentative and I realized that she was not someone I wanted to discuss delicate things with and have not been back. The website states consultations are free. She is either making a mistake or committing fraud through deception. I was never a patient at this practice, but if Ms. Montgomery is representative of the quality of people there, I am lucky to have only lost $50. I plan to pursue the refund of my money further through the Better Business Bureau, Florida Dept of Consumer Services, Florida Attorney General's Senior VS Crime Commission, etc.

It still took a while to be seen. We then had a 1 hour wait at 8:45 when I brought my son back. They are a small facility, they don't have all the fancy gizmos but they do what they can. We got antibiotics and thankfully enjoyed the rest of our visit. I recommend going as soon as they open to minimize the wait. Keep in mind the pharmacies down there don't open until 9 so there was a gap but not their fault. I'd rather wait for the Rx then feel miserable in a waiting room for hours.
