I was recommended by a friend that had experienced tremendous results after seeing her. First let me start off by saying I was very skeptical of the AO scan but within the first 15 mins of my appointment I was shocked by how in-depth the scan really was! She puts a headset on your temple and the scan starts reading your body. It doesn't hurt, it's just a sound you hear. You can watch the TV monitor as it goes through your body showing you the tissues, cells, all of it! After the scan is done, she goes over it and talks to you. She spends 1 full hour with you...I've NEVER spent more than 20 mins with a doctor before!! She can see what the underlying root cause of whatever problem you're having is. She was able to see so much that I wasn't even aware of. After reviewing the scan she creates a treatment plan with recommendations on foods to eat, foods to avoid, exercises to start doing, and supplements to take. She even has the supplements in house so you can get started right away! Within about 3-4 weeks, my health improved drastically!! When my follow up visit came around I was anxious to see what my new scan showed and it was so much better!! I honestly don't know what I would have done if I didn't stumble across her! She has changed my life and ever since I went to her, I have flown my daughter in to see her ( which she had life changing results as well ) and another friend. Dr Chalkin recently did a Carpel tunnel release and it fixed the numbness I was having. The surgery went well. The anesthesia that the anesthesiologist used though did not work and they had to give me more. That's the only complaint and it was fixed quickly. The wait in his office can be long he's got probably the whole state trying to get his help but it was worth the wait. They are in a beautiful new office at 61st and Lewis.

Too busy to look at the chart or listen to what the problem is. Only see him for about 10 minutes for each visit. I have been at this for a year and my hand is now worse then before I went to see him. You have to wait hours to get in and twice once you get there they have rescheduled after waiting 2 hours. I am a 2.5 hour drive a way and have to take a day of vacation everytime I see him. Do like Dr. Graham, he is attentive and worth the visits. now having multiple surgeries because they can't figure out what is wrong and how to fix it. Hope others have better results.

Even made sure to tell the front office they need to be sure and code as wellness exam so labs would be covered. Discussed all things usually discussed as a new patient and labs ordered. Because she refused, and currently still refuses, to update coding to indicate this was our wellness visit our insurance company will not pay for our labs. We must pay over $500 out-of-pocket. They have reached out to her as well, explaining that they will pay for labs when they are preventative. She claims to have never heard of this and hung up on the agent. Her demeanor and bedside manner is the worst I've encountered in my life. And I have worked in the medical field 25+ years. Also, when I asked why she would not assist with getting an Rx pre-authorized, she stated she didn't like the price of gas but no one helps her with that. Boy oh boy! Should have known when we saw the numerous crosses on the walls of her office that this probably wasn't going to go well. This was our personal experience. I'd do my research before making an appointment with this "doctor".

Rachel Whitehouse delivered my son and my stepson. She saved my stepson's life as he was born 3…read moremonths premature weighing only 2# 11oz. When my oldest son was almost a year old he got RSV and we treated it. Not long after we finished the antibiotics he was in his high chair at the table and he laid his head down on the table and became VERY lethargic. I called the office of the Broken Arrow Family Clinic where Dr. Whitehouse worked at the time and her aunt was on call. I told her his fever was 104.5 and he had just finished his Atb for RSV. She said it was impossible for him to have it again and said I was overreacting because I was a new mom. I called Rachel because she had given me her home number and she told me that I know my son better than anyone else and if I feel like he needs to be seen then I should take him in. The ER staff said if I had waited he would probably have died in his sleep because he was so sick. I would recommend Dr. Whitehouse to anyone I know. She truly cares about her patients.

But due to total uncooperativeness of the staff he was stuck with, out of desperation I called the Harvard office as my daughter was a patient there and had a Covid shot *scheduled*. I called, said who I was, that my daughter was a patient there and I'd like a shot too. The response--"of course we'll schedule you. Would you to go with her?" How often do you receive that kind of customer service.? Shortly after, I changed doctors. For a lot of us midtowners it's convenient. And it's complete. You can lab work done right there, right now.

Ivan's nurse was not delightful, as the rest of the staff. I'll say no more about her, since it's not worth typing about. Dr Ivan, is extremely charming and listens well.
