She focuses on the medical as well as psychological aspects of matters impacting the patient and has excellent communication to the patient and family members. They also coordinate extremely well with the staff of the SNF and recommend and then coordinate specialty care. The caregiver has basically stabilized the whole situation for our loved one and the family. And coordinate a very complex surgery and recovery. I wish I could rate higher than 6 stars.
