I paid for a breast lift and got a breast reduction.He relocated my mom's pubis IF I go to the bathroom, it shoots straight out.And pees on the floor he refuses to help me and after having five surgeries with him, he kicked me out of the office even though I still had three follow ups. He was very unprofessional and very cocky. He rushes in, and he rushes out. He had his nurse going to remove all my stitches and staples.Three days after my first surgery and she reminded him that I would fall apart if he did that. MY NECK surgery went from a fat neck to looking like a eighty year old woman's neck My double d breast went down to a b.Plus size, and it was supposed to be a lift, not a reduction. My lower body lift turned out to be a tummy tuck, but he did a three hundred and sixty degree cut all the way around my body to remove the fat.From my thighs and lower hips, but that did not get done all.I got was a tummy tuck. He disfigured my belly button to where it was a pretty inner belly button.Now it's a lump of fat sticking out. He did my breast reduction.That was supposed to be a breast lift and put two big scars on the right and left side of my back.We had never discussed that The third and final surgery was supposed to remove the fat on my back. And now he was going to have to cut into it again and add more scars, and we were also going to do a inner thigh lift remove any fat remaining on my thighs. The outer thigh lift was supposed to be included with the lower body lift. And that's why he did a three sixty cut, and then I decided I was not gonna let him butcher me anymore.And he promised to fix my neck, but two days later I got a letter stating he would not see me any more and to find another doctor. I took Before & After pictures. And I took pictures of my thighs, because they were supposed to be done the outer thighs, and they were not done. I did pay for that.And no refunds were given to me.Except for my deposit on the third surgery that I refused to let him do. On my paperwork, it has 5 lift, and on that last day when I was in there with him. He said, no, that's gotta be 2 surgeries to do your thighs, but I had already paid for deposits for everything he was gonna do, and he was gonna try to milk me for more money and make the thigh lift a 2 surgery thigh lift, because he forgot to do the outer thighs in the lower body lift. That is important, folks. His work is amazing. He has done 4 procedures on me ( I am one of those who lost a ton of weight and had elasticity problems) and now we are finishing up the big procedures. He will give you a more youthful, toned look, without it looking surgically repaired. I am getting ready to do a lower facelift/necklift with him. I was not entirely happy with the results of the first mid face lift I had with another surgeon, and I already know Dr. Nimtz is going at this differently. Also, his sutures are meticulous, and that means a scar that is very light. He is all about your surgery from the second you decide you want it. And, iIf, in the middle of talking about your facelift and the fact that you probably want your nose tweaked too, you say something about your jerky ex who did something stupid, he is very cool with that too. He is just very down to Earth and patient, and he pays attention. These guys don't all pay attention. I had one surgeon burn the inside of my cheek with a cauterizing laser and he just blew it off. Dr. Nimtz would never, ever, ever, ever be so careless. He interned under one of the best Plastic Surgeons in the country and he is just as good. I am always nervous to have surgery but this is the guy you want. He has many, many, surgeries under his belt and the before and after photos stand out from other before and afters. The first was a body lift that left my flanks…read moreboth unfinished and lopsided which are going to have to be revised by another doctor, and a thigh lift procedure (the extent of the mistakes made on the first procedure were not yet apparent) that caused an absurd amount of swelling in my right leg and genitalia causing ripped stiches creating massive scars that are never going to go away no matter how much scar treatment products are applied to them. The thigh lift procedure was 6 months ago and I've been walking around with pockets of infected fluid in my legs the entire time which has now begun to burst out of a hole in my leg where he did the revision causing a near constant flow green pus to flow out of my leg and it currently seems like he would rather I develop a staph infection than admit that he screwed up and simply prescribe me antibiotics. The support staff and nurses here are 10/10 top notch people though. It's a shame they work for such a clown. Do not waste your time or money here.

I went to a Lexington…read moreClinic Urgent Care Clinic and was pleasantly surprised to discover they offered a walking clinic specializing in orthopedic care. The clinic was a one stop shop for my injury. They had X-ray onsite. It took less than an hour for me to be seen by a nurse practitioner, X-rayed, and put into a cast. My follow up visits were equally as efficient. An orthopedic clinic was a brilliant concert and my medical treatment was excellent. Hope I never need them again but glad to know something like this is available if I do.
