The best, insurance company and pricing, I have found in Waxahachie or other Nationwide insurers…read more (Have price checked others every year) I have been with this company over 10 years for auto and renters insurance. During the span of those years, I have had the following: one auto claim, hardship help needed and the help with the complete loss of our apartment and all belongings. The loss was due to the devastating Ice Storm that hit Texas in February of 2021. Now, with the correct coverage of my policy and the absolute kind professionals my family was never homeless for the four months needed and we were able to replace our entire belongings. Adam Rope and his employees have always been empathetic, kind, trustworthy, helpful and offering new programs or discounts. If you are looking for an insurance company that takes care of your family and continues to offer the best prices around.. call them. Thank you Adam Rope and employees with State Farm!

I have had a couple of claims and they were professionally handled. This past March I had hail damage. The first adjuster was somewhat responsive and assured me that they would cover the back of my roof, from corner to corner. A week later he informed me that his "upper management" would not cover it. I was offered less than half my deductible. After my roofer sent pictures and an explanation, they agreed to cover most of the back. So the roof would be visable from the street and it would be obvious that there were two different roofs they agreed to cover most of 40% of the slope in question . They paid by direct deposit part of the claim. I got an email that the second of three payments was rejected by the bank, but they were cutting a check for that payment. Two weeks later I called and it had not been processed. I had the work completed and requested the second and third payment. The "new" adjuster said he would get it approved. Several later I called and finally they are supposedly going to cut a check, sometime. I have worked harder on this claim than the two adjusters, combined.

All the questions I had lined up she answered with ease and took the time to educate me why certain coverages would be better but keeping the price low.
