This review is for the location in Fort Worth's West Seventh area and front desk services. I have…read moreused Fidelity for years for investment accounts and never had a negative experience. This storefront location provides the convenience of certified signatures and on-site advisers for fidelity accounts. The location itself is hospitable and clean. I've been twice and a Keurig was a nice touch (It was out of service the second time I visited). Bathrooms were clean, and two self-service computers were available for account management services. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful, communicated well, and was able to help me with my signature certification as a walk-in within a few minutes. Both visits, I was able to park directly in front and be in and out in under 20 minutes. As a Fidelity Customer of many years, I appreciate the ability to walk in somewhere and receive assistance with my Fidelity accounts in person.

Do not fall for their lies. I signed up for insurance for $167 a month with the Drive Safe & Save…read more"discount". It jumped to $171 ($4 big whoop) and I accepted it. Now my bill jumped to over $200 a month. When I asked for an overview of why the drastic increase I got back, and I quote: "Drive Safe & Save® is included on this vehicle. The discount changed from $84.24 last term to $175.06 this term. The general rate premium for this vehicle increased by $183.27. The insurance industry is increasingly using data and advanced modeling to improve how policies are rated. The Enhanced Rating Plan now uses over 200 rating variables, compared to about 75 previously, to create more personalized and accurate premiums. A greater amount of data from third-party consumer reports will be collected and used within rating models. Examples may include: Vehicle Information Driver Information Prior Insurance History Claim Information Annual Mileage Consumer Credit Information Vehicle Safety Features We do not have any specific information other than described in the first paragraph. So, the premium increase is adjusted according to statistical data involving risks and exposures in any given location, vehicles, and claims. Please refer to your Renewal Declarations that were mailed to you, or you can locate the document in your State Farm account online or on the app. We have other discounts that may be available to you, including bundling with other policies that may benefit you, such as a Homeowners' or Renters' policy and/or a qualifying LIFE policy. Please give us a call if you are interested." Three things standout to me on this. First, the statement, "We do not have any specific information other than described in the first paragraph. So, the premium increase is adjusted according to statistical data involving risks and exposures in any given location, vehicles, and claims." That sounds like "We want more money" to me. Also, I have had no claims submitted in YEARS. Secondly, this sounds like a template response written by AI and it noticed the mistakes so it made up the previous paragraph. Lastly, they try to sell me MORE to "discount" the rate. I call BS and will be leaving State Farm after almost 15 years to find an agency that treats me better. Do not trust Jenny Stewart's branch of State Farm

I submitted information online and this agent's office responded. I got a quote on April 1st for a…read morepolicy I needed April 18th. The licensed person put an effective date of April 1st. I never asked for that date, not insinuated the need for that date. The next day April 2nd I followed up to solidify the quote and mentioned, for the first time when I would need the insurance (April 18th). I was happy with the quote and indicated that to the licensed person. I went out of town and came back to follow up and purchase my insurance on April 15th and the quote had increased by almost $30/mo. I asked why, bc I had a quote. They told me bc it was noted as Effective April 1st it could not change. I called SF CS and asked them if i had a quote given to me on April 1st would it expire by April 15th. They said no you should be good. I told him, online you get a quote and it usually expires in 30 days. Yes, you should be good, they said. I also asked if their was a rate increase and he indicated, no. The next day I called Jenny Stewart's office back and they said we have nothing to do with it we just place the effective date and it spits out the price. I don't doubt that is true, but read on. I called SF CS again and they stuck to their guns about the quote should remain the same. They called Jenny Stewart's office and altered their story. Why? I do not know. It's a guess, but they told me that she would call me to explain. Did I get a call? NO! The reason for my rant. I got an email at 5:19 PM, at the close of the day saying the they had a rate increase on April 15th. And that was it. Jenny Stewart obviously did not want my business! I surely do not recommend her!
