He was able to remove the broken key from the lock, and also make us a new replacement key. While he was here, he was also able to fix two outside doors which were very difficult to lock/unlock - you had to push down on the door handle while turning the key to get it to line up properly and lock the door. I have had County Garage Door for several service calls in the past few years I never had to wait…read moremore than a day or two til they arrived to fix the garage door. I heard a strange noise this week just as the garage door was ready to close. I called County Garage Door on Wednesday and left a message about my problem. They called me back Thursday and came on Friday to determine what was making the noise. Ryan was able to find the problem and explained what he needed to do. Ryan fixed the problem which was a simple fix, but since it is good practice to be sure there are no other issues that I might not be aware of he happened to notice a 2-3 in break in the chain that rotates each time and operates the cable to make door go up and down. If he would not have noticed that I might have had to replace that chain and the motor on the garage door opener. So thank you Ryan for an excellent service call.
