I had decent scratches and dings along my driver's and passenger-side doors/rear panels thanks to a poorly-judged parking spot choice next to a concrete column in a parking deck. (Yea, never again). I reached out to Ricardo and the team at Dent Hunter, we met, I dropped my CR-V off, and I couldn't be happier that I spent the time and money. They did a truly beautiful job, painted my trim, repaired the paint, repaired a small dent in the rear panel of my car, and even fixed a minor crack in my mirror. I can't even tell where the crack was now! If you have any work that needs doing to get your vehicle looking beautiful again, I highly recommend this team.

Chris Collision Center has been in Pearland for years and is tucked away behind a Church on W…read more Broadway, in Pearland, right across the street from Oday Hardware. Take the easy to miss unpaved driveway just after the church, back to the repair shop. It is definitely worth the extra effort to find this gem of a shop and to deal with Chris, who has many years of experience in his craft and is an old school expert who can be trusted5. You will also find he is very honest, friendly and does outstanding high quality work. If you prefer being corralled into the flashy big corporate shops with all the sheeple by the insurance companies with long lines and process clerks following a script where it is not even possible ust consulting directly with the talent at the shop who will be working on your vehicle. In these type places you either take it or leave it, can't negotiate, can't expect any special effort to reduce your expense where possible or take a certain approach like repairs rather than part replacement when possible etc. I have personally experienced the friendly professional service, flexible approach to getting the job done right the first time in a timely manner , the way you want it and an ability to deal directly with one person, rather than being passed from one clerk for this and another for that. You should give Chris a try I am sure you will be happy you did. He is the antidote to the hassle of Big, Inflexible Insurance -company partners in the collision body shop business who are looking out for Insurance companies more than you.

Summary: Bad…read morefacility, poor service, overpriced estimate; take you car somewhere else. Full review: I came here because it was the closest body shop to where I live and I had some superficial scratches in my bumper that I wanted repaired. I arrived at the shop was not greeted by anyone. When I came in, this Chris guy, who by his appearance, did not even look like a business owner. He ignored me and walked straight into his office. At first I felt compelled to leave but I figured a lower-end body shop will probably give me a better deal than higher end one. So in an attempt to repair my car for as cheaply as possible I decided to wait out the poor service. After waiting for about 20 minutes he came out and I greeted him and showed him the damage. He first quoted me $550. It was not a print out or anything he just told me verbally. His facility was not even nice enough to facilitate printed estimates. That was not even a real parking lot park your car, just grass and rock and sand roads. When I explained to him that was expensive and I've had more serious body work done for much less he attempted to explain to me that what he does is the best and if I take it anywhere else they're not going to do a good job. I graciously thanked him and proceeded on my way. I went next door to a much nicer body shop that had an air-conditioned office and seating for their customers. One would've assumed a nicer bodyshop would have higher prices. However, this was not the case. I was able to obtain a PRINTED estimate for half the price of what he was asking. Half. Do your self a favor and avoid getting ripped off by this Chris guy.

This company and the owner is completely dishonest. Completely…read more I took my car to Mike many many years ago for a prebuy. During that encounter, I will NEVER forget how disrespectfully he spoke to his mother who was at the counter helping him run his business. After moving back to Houston and desperately looking for a trustworthy TDi mechanic, I decided to give him another try. It was a huge mistake. Mysteriously, Mike and team said my car had an issue with the immobilizer and would not run. I happen to know quite a bit about these cars. So I played along, waiting for Mike to fix the "issue" with the car. Days of waiting for them to get the work done became weeks. And weeks became months. Frustrated, I found reputable people online who repair the clusters from these cars. They go on to tell me that Mike is lying because the year and model of my car make what he claims the issue to be impossible. I called literally every week for an update and got the same answer "Mike isn't around, can I take a message?" Never did I get a call back. Never did I get a reply to my emails. So, after six months I had the car towed across Houston to another shop, and intentionally didn't tell them about what Mike had said. A few hours after it was towed there they call me and we're very confused. The shop owner literally said "there's nothing wrong with this car." He programmed the keys (which I could have done myself) and it ran perfectly. There was and is no issue with the immobilizer. There is and was no issue with the speedometer cluster. I've now been driving it for about a year without a single problem. Mike is dishonest. The guy who answers the phone for Mike and lies for him is dishonest. And, who talks to their mother that way? 2008 and I'll never forget what I saw from a grown man on that day. I was warned, and now you have been, too. Let me clarify a few things here just so there's nothing left for interpretation. As the business owner states I did not "finally" pick up my vehicle. You never fixed my vehicle. You never answered or returned my calls You never replied to my emails (photos of which I'll upload here for future prospective customers to see). If you didn't reply all you have to do is post those photos.... But you never did. So, after you failing to be able to program keys to a car, again something I've done myself to VW's, another shop did it in under an hour. You just didn't care and you made no effort to communicate with me at all. Ever.
