When Eric was doing custom work I asked him to get with me to come up with something different. I wanted a wood looking gas tank for my VW. I wanted a wood look for the top. I wanted a wood look for the dash and mirrors and the back engine plate bracket. Eric made a new gas tank from his mind to fit the Manxter 2+2 that never leaked by the way. His unique airbrush style made everything stand out. I also had a unique Type 3 Fastback painted purple and Jiffy Lube drove it into a curb for inspection. Eric was able to match the paint and get it back to show worthy condition. If you want the best then Eric and Kathy's place is the BEST. Five Stars don't cut it so I'm adding 100+ Stars as my review. Took it back in July 2021 because paint started to fade in different areas. Less than 6 months later, the paint starting to fade even worse than when I originally took the car to get painted. Manuel, the lead person at the shop, had been advising me to bring car back in June 2022 so that he can repaint and fix the blemishes. So when I finally bring the car, he then tells me there's only a 1 year warranty and I would have to pay $750. How can you offer only a 1 yr warranty for a complete paint job? Additionally, there's no where on the invoice that says 1yr warranty. Beyond that, my paint should not be fading after 1.5 years. Donny V prepared my estimate and worked with me to get the work I wanted done. I was told the work should be done in one work week and it was. I dropped the car off on Monday and picked it up midday on Friday. Mercedes at the front desk is very helpful with scheduling, status of the work, etc. And she will work with Enterprise to have a loner car brought to you, and have it picked up at V&V when your car is ready. I would definitely recommend V&V for auto body repairs.
