Dr. Mike helped me pinpoint exactly what was limiting me and built a simple, targeted plan that actually fit into my existing training, and now overhead work no longer feels tight or painful--I'm moving better, feeling stronger, and even PR'd my jerk by 20 lbs thanks to a much better receiving position. He's also been great at helping me manage smaller issues along the way and really listens, making adjustments that work for my goals; working with him feels like having a real coach and medical expert in my corner, and I'd recommend him to anyone--athlete or not--who wants to fix the root cause instead of just chasing symptoms.

I rested, scaled back, and even tried a few massages, but after a month with no improvement, I knew I needed something more. I decided to give Dr. Mike a shot since he's part of our CrossFit community and has a great reputation at the gym. Being a former coach, he truly understands the movements we do and the intensity we train at. That made a huge difference. I also shared that I'm a busy mom and don't have a lot of extra time for long rehab routines, and he completely got it. He gave me simple, effective exercises I could realistically stick to, while actively working on rehabbing my shoulder. What I appreciated most is that he didn't just tell me to stop or "take it easy." He understood my goals and helped me keep moving forward safely without feeling like I was losing progress. Now my shoulder is completely healed. At my worst, I couldn't even lift my arm to shoulder height--now I'm back to doing everything in CrossFit, and honestly feel stronger than before. He didn't just fix the injury--he helped me build a better foundation so I can avoid this happening again. Highly recommend!

My wife had been a regular patient and setup a visit for me with Dr. Bruce. During our first visit, Dr. Bruce took the time to listen in detail to my concerns. Dr. Bruce brought out an Ipad and explained the different muscle/skeletal areas and how they interact. He then set out a plan over the next visits for our immediate and long term treatment goals. The treatment plan was not limited to Dr. Bruce's work, but included a series of exercises which were my homework for contributing to my own health and strengthening. I am pleased to report Dr. Bruce's plan a complete success and I am feeling much stronger and better thanks to Dr. Bruce.

I paid close to $3k for my visits and I still walked away with sciatica pain. I paid out of pocket because my insurance did not cover chiropractor treatment. Now, if you have insurance, give it a try, but if you're paying out of pocket, I wouldn't recommend it. Obviously, it depends what you're getting treated for so everyone's experience will vary. I have had better results and much more pain relief with acupuncture for my sciatica and it's more affordable.

My son Mike and Caregiver Shallane encouraged me to try it and so I went. My first impression when I walked in at the Dudum Chiropractic office - the place is large, very clean, organized and all the stuff are super friendly. When I met Dr. JD, he was very knowledgeable, he did some test and explained to me what he found about my neuropathy pain which is coming from my back. He gave me a treatment plan, and he was positive that he can help me improve my, posture and maybe eliminate taking some of my medications and be pain free someday. I am hopeful that all this will work. I started my treatment today. I signed up for 9 weeks with 3 treatments every week.

I do feel that he could have been a little more medically detailed in his communication with my partner, especially because she works in the medical field and is highly knowledgeable and articulate. That said, I did not feel pressured or "sold" on anything. The equipment is clearly state-of-the-art, he has experience with this type of treatment and there are many patients who have shared positive testimonials about their results. I do believe this treatment can work and can be very beneficial for the right patient. For us, the biggest obstacle was simply the cost. The treatment plan we discussed was in the range of approximately $7,000, and these types of treatments can easily run into the thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, that makes it inaccessible for many people, especially those who are underinsured or simply do not have several thousand dollars available for treatment. It is also unfortunate that insurance is not accepted, although I can understand that there may be reasons behind that decision. So, I am not criticizing Dr.Dudum or the treatment itself. I believe in the treatment. My concern is affordability and accessibility. If you have the financial means, I would certainly encourage you to explore it and decide whether it is right for you. Unfortunately, in our situation, the cost made it something we simply could not move forward with. Sometimes it really does come down to,,,,,,, if you can afford it, you have access to the opportunity. If you cannot unfortunately it becomes "too bad, so sad." And for us, financially, that was the reality

Initially I 'laughed' it off thinking I would go to sleep & wake up a little sore the next morning. I was wrong... I was soooooo wrong. I barely slept that night & wanted to go to the ER for the pain. I decided to wait until the next morning bc going in the middle of the night meant packing up my 2 small kids & husband into the car for an hour's long trip in the ER. The next morning I was in so much pain that my husband and his brother had to carry me (200+lbs) to the car. I was fed & sent home with so many pain killers that the pharmacist also sent me home with Narcan in case if an accidental overdose. Over the next 2 months I had multiple x-rays, CT scans, MRI's, physical therapy, & even had a Steroid Epidural (which is about 1000x more painful than a birthing Epidural). The pain (with pain medication) was so intense that I couldn't even make it to the bathroom. My husband ended up having to place a pot next to the bed so that I could urinate while he held up his sobbing & helpless wife. I started seeing Dr. D in late December after my doctor suggested spinal surgery. I wanted to exercise every option before even THINKING about spinal surgery. It's been 2 months since I've started my Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression & electroanalgesia treatments with Dr. D. I'm not even halfway done and I have regained SO MUCH INDEPENDENCE! I can walk unassisted, I can go to the bathroom by myself, I can care/cook for my children & husband, and so much more! Dr. D & his AMAZINGLY kind, compassionate, and patient staff have given me a big chunk of my life back. I can't wait to experience the end result! The RED circles represent how I was feeling/doing in late December of 2020. The BLACK circles represent how I am currently doing... I'm not even half way through my treatments.
