    Dr Tamplens revision

AWFUL experience, Dr. Hecht messed up my nose and mocked me for my concerns. I was told I was mentally unstable and would never be happy with my nose just for asking Dr Hecht to do the bare minimum after he ruined my nose. Even when I was extremely understanding and politely brought up my concerns Dr Hecht just continued to try and cover up his mistakes by pretending he saw nothing wrong with his poor work and then bragging about how I should be honored he even took me on as a client because I'm such a "difficult" case. I was originally turned down by another plastic surgeon in Scottsdale because he does not fix deviated septum's and I wish I would have never told dr Hecht because he took that as an ego boost and used it against me numerous times. He is very unprofessional and frequently bad mouths other surgeons in the valley. I don't even know where to begin with how terrible my experience was. Dr Hecht was extremely rushed during my consultation and did not explain the process or do any digital imaging to show me what my nose would look like he just told me he could fix it and get it about 70% straighter and make it more feminine. I can't even explain to you how frustrated I was to learn that he had digital imaging to show what the results could look like the whole time but he just simply chose not to use it with me because as he said "the results would have been so minor it wouldn't even have been worth doing". If the results would have been so minor you couldn't even see a difference or if I was shown how awful my nose was going to look I would have never went through with it! The fact that he tried to cover it up with a lie like that is so unprofessional. Just to get in to see him a year after my surgery was difficult and it was clear that even though I had concerns and was an existing patient I was not a priority. After multiple visits and a lot of Dr Hecht and his team trying to talk me down from a revision they finally offered to do it free of charge and made it sound like it was a rare honor that they were doing that for me, when in reality they knew they messed up my nose and had to fix their poor work. Then Dr Hecht uses the digital imaging that he magically forgot the first time to show me what my revision after results would look like. He intentionally made the changes so minute and told me it was very difficult to do what I wanted to detour me from the procedure. I could go on and on with how awful my experience was with Dr Hecht. Thankfully I went to Dr. Tamplen after and he told me he could easily give me my dream nose, then gave me a better nose than I could have ever imagined. Don't waste your time with Dr Hecht and go to Dr Tamplen.

No, you'll enter that when you register online after we send you the link. Nothing. A week before my appointment in late January I called them. They read my email address to me. Yet another creative misspelling of my last name. I finally got the link. The portal that they use is so poorly designed that I decided that I'll finish it there. I arrived 30 minutes early. I handed them my insurance cards and held up my driver's license next to my face so that they could confirm that it's me. Only they insist on scanning my driver's license. I remind them that it's required to confirm that it's me. Period. Nothing more. We went around a couple of times and ended with the manager stating that it's their policy and that if I won't let them scan my driver's license they can't see me. The end. I went looking for another ENT doctor.

I was initially told by her that it must be allergies to the permanent sutures, so I underwent revision surgery with her. She then diagnosed the nodules as "fat necrosis". Soon after revision surgery, the nodules started appearing again. I was then repeatedly told by Michelle that it must be thyroid-related causes. After seeking another revision from a highly experienced double board-certified plastic surgeon & ENT down the street, I was informed that the nodules were full of pus and bacteria, located on/around the permanent sutures. I was also told that the nodule that was distanced lower than the rest, had a free-hanging suture that wasn't attached to anything. I was advised that what he found was consistent with infection related to the permanent internal sutures Michelle placed in me and could likely be due to the sutures being unsterile/compromised during surgery. This was an extremely painful and distressing experience that significantly impacted my quality of life for OVER a year. When I reached out to her office regarding this, I was met with denial, zero accountability and was warned multiple times in a threatening manner not to post about it online. I strongly encourage anyone considering cosmetic surgery to thoroughly research their provider and ensure they are board-certified in plastic surgery. Unfortunately, a cosmetic surgeon with a doctorates degree in dentistry is a very considerable, and concerning difference.

Caution Regarding Dr. Michelle's Plastic Surgery Services…read more I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to others. Based on my personal journey, I cannot recommend undergoing plastic surgery with Dr. Michelle. Years ago, I underwent breast augmentation with Dr. Michelle and was initially satisfied with the results. However, in 2022, I returned for a breast reduction and, prior to surgery, inquired about a small amount of liposuction specifically for my knees. Unfortunately, the outcome was devastating. As the pictures show, significant fat was removed from my legs--far beyond what I requested--while the area I was concerned about (my knees) received minimal attention. This procedure has left me deeply TRAUMATIZED with my appearance, and I feel my body has been irreversibly altered. When I raised my concerns with Dr. Michelle, her solution was to offer a revision surgery at a significantly reduced cost (operating cost only), which I feel does not fully address or take accountability for the initial outcome or would I go back to someone that has done so much damage to my body. I hope my experience can help others make informed decisions about their choices and learn from my mistakes. Search for an actual experienced BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON.

( maybe she was not patient that day). Set up consultation, attended it, and seemed like it went well, asked for the quote before leaving and they said they will call me,.. okay...I received a phone call later that evening and she ramled off the numbers to me verbally, I was unable to right them down at the time as I was driving. I kindly asked for the information to be emailed to me. She said she cant do that and it will have to be sent to me in the mail. Okay.. Now after getting all the money together from the quote.. cash mind you...I needed to set up appt.. In order to set up appointment for surgery, they must receive 500.00 cash in person or 500.00 cashiers check sent via mail... So, my thoughts are Im going to send you 500 dollars and dont know if I can even get the date I NEED for surgery.. to align with my home/work/life balance and time off work with recovery time frame.. I needed a specific date.. nope they couldnt guarantee it or tell me if I could choose that date until they had my 500.00.. and thet wont take the pmt over the phone, no cc, no debit cards, nothing. So I had to leave work early to get a cashiers check from bank before the bank closed since they are opened from 930-5 and I work 830-5. I had to send them the money as soon as possible so that I could HOPEFULLY get a specific date that im requesting.... oh and let me add, while talking to them Nov 29th, they dont even have the anesthesiologist schedules to see when they will be available for dates in Jan... surgery cant even be scheduled if they had my 500 in hand.... Meanwhile they need clearance from my PCP to proceed with surgery, but my PCP is asking for a clearance letter to be sent to them explaining what is required or needed and I get told by Kathy at Dr. Wilsons office they dont do that, they dont have nothing to send out but will try and call them... ?? Advised them on multiple conversations they have made this whole process stressful and caused so much anxiety, that what if I am not cleared or what if I cant do surgery because heart rate or blood pressure goes up (white coat syndrome) due to nervousness or whatever the case may be on the day of surgery..... She says it will be a fee of 88% of your fee since its 72 hours or less..... so basically I will lose 15k out of pocket cash if for some reason I cannot proceed with surgery. Well ever since I heard that, everytime I think of it ,my heart starts pounding.. I cannot phathom losing that much money if my body decided to get nervous or something on surgery day...they have not been comforting during this entire "ELECTIVE SURGERY" process...So I will not be going through with this surgery and I will not be going back to this place period because of how I was treated by the staff. They need to learn patience and consideration on how they speak to people that have never done an elective surgery before and willing to pay thousands cash to have the procedure done. They dont need to make people feel like a burden and possibly enhance their protocol and procedure on how to collect the money from someone to make a smoother transaction..THIS IS SOMETHING I HAVE WANTED TO DO FOR 2 YEARS SINCE LOSING OVER 100 LBS ON MY OWN AND SAVED CASH TO DO IT, IT HAS NOW BECOME A STRESSFUL DISASTER I FAIL TO COMPLETE.

Butchered and In Debt: A 3-Month Nightmare and for the rest of my life. …read more I am writing this as a social worker and therapist to warn others. It took me a year to choose this surgeon and follow through with it, I thiught about trusting him for a year, and it has been the biggest mistake of my life. I went in for a deep plane face and neck lift. Against my better judgment, I allowed the surgeon to talk me into an eye lift and fat injections under my eyes--a procedure I was petrified of and had literal nightmares about. Three months later, I have been butchered. The Eyes: My left eye remains severely swollen and has not changed in two months. There is a deep, "black" discoloration under my eyes that $200 concealer cannot hide. I am forced to wear glasses 24/7 just to look my clients in the face because the results are so disturbing. Nerve Damage: My smile, which was my best feature, is completely gone. I have obvious nerve damage that has distorted my mouth. The way I talk, speech, and smile..yiu can tell I have the nerve damage by just talking to me...devastating. I could have accepted that on its own but my God..I was butchered. Visible Scarring: While one side is hidden (the side that i part my hair on so it would have been hidden anyways!!!), the other incision was made past my hairline and is completely visible. I also have a quarter-sized protrusion on my temple that looks like a massive cyst. Poor Results: For a "deep plane" lift, I still have 2-3 ripples of extra skin on my face and zero improvement in my neck. I took out a $14,000 loan for these produces plus 25k....no joke..39k!!! And I got butchered!! I have been quoted 20,000$- $30,000 by other professionals. This surgeon took my money, ignored my documented fears about fat transfer, and left me with results that I have to live with every day in my professional and personal life. If you are considering this surgeon: take your money and run. No one should have to pay this much money to end up looking and feeling like this. BIGGEST MISTAKR OF MY LIFE and I am in recovery... that should say a lot!!! Stephanie Hunter...I really sont want anyone elsenyo get butchered. He called me that morning and asked if I could come in early. It 100000$ looks like he hurried fast as could be to get out of there and him doing that has distorted me .....please dont!!!!

The first time I came to the Scottsdale office was in early August immediately following an appointment at my primary care physician's office during which he had informed me I needed to consult with a dermatologist for the problem I was having with my skin. She greeted me coldly when I told her I was a past patient of Dr. Lee Laris. I explained that I had been previously referred to him by Heather Thomas, and I had seen him previously at the Phoenix location. Excelling at providing "customer no-service," she informed me that it had been so long since I had seen Dr. Laris that I would now be considered a new patient (though I obviously was not new to the practice), and that even if his his medical team would agree to let him see me (WHAT!?!? Yes, they apparently very mechanically manage and control his schedule for him like in impenetrable force field) that there were no appointments available until January of next year. Keep in mind, she was telling me this in August of 2022 that he would not be able to see me until January of 2023 IF his medical team would even permit it. WTH?!? So we leave it that she is going to check with them and get back to me. I waited a few days. I eventually received a call from Phoenix Skin stating that I would be unable to see Dr. Laris AT ALL, but that they would schedule me to see a different provider at the Phoenix office. I drove the distance to the Phoenix office (I live in north Scottsdale), and I saw the alternate provider. The provider was fine. My issue with my skin was addressed. A F/up was scheduled. I arrived for my follow up on the day my appointment was scheduled approximately 15 minutes early only to be met by the same long-haired brunette and told that there was no appointment for me in her system. I am thinking, "YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING!" So, this gal acts assumes I surely must have gotten the date and/or time of my appointment wrong until she phoned the Phoenix location who had scheduled this follow up appointment for me and confirmed that I was supposed to be seen by her office at the time I had given her since I live closer to that location. They "worked me in" so I did not need to reschedule which was a relief though a bit stressful. That being the case, they acted as though they were doing me a favor as if it was my mistake instead of apologizing for their mistake. In my opinion, that, in itself, was another error in judgement. Provider again was fine during the appointment. I received the care and information I needed. My questions were answered though I felt a bit rushed. Upon checkout, I attempted to purchase a product from a nice enough lady sitting at a check out desk (completely independent of the check in gal and check in counter) which the dermatologist recommended during said appointment. For some ungodly reason this jerk of a check in ... receptionist ... brunette long-haired girl with an attitude interjected, "We don't sell everything the Phoenix location sells!" First of all, I don't care what the Phoenix location sells. I am not present at the Phoenix location today. The dermatologist at YOUR location TODAY asked me to purchase it here TODAY (at the Scottsdale office), and I live 5 minutes from the Scottsdale office. I really have no interest in having to drive all the way back to the Phoenix office ever again if there is any way this can be avoided. Nobody asked for you unsolicited information. You checked me into the office for my appointment. Now please know the limits of your position, stick to the duties of your job description, and stay out of the remainder of my visit. The other gal, the check out lady, proceeded to fetch the product I was directed to purchase by my dermatologist THAT VERY DAY IN THAT VERY OFFICE LOCATION FROM HER PRODUCT STOCK. I was then asked, "It costs over $100, is that okay?!?" How rude. Do I look like I come from the poor house? Did you not notice my Tom Ford sunglasses or my Louis Vuitton bag? $100 makes no difference. Even if it did, the proper and polite thing to do would be to simply charge the consumer for the requested item without issue or incident. If the customer has a problem with the price, believe me, the customer will bring it to your attention ... SO LET THEM ... rather than insulting your customers. There is a definite training need here. I have been quite saddened and disappointed by my repeated mistreatment in this office by the front desk staff. This is quite a shame because the actual doctor and medical assistant did a fine job.

Everyone took the time to walk me through what to expect, answered every question with patience and kindness, and made me feel so comfortable and confident in my decision. From the very first consultation, it was clear I was in the hands of a surgeon with true artistry, precision, and integrity. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and explained every step in a way that made me feel calm and informed. My results are beautifully natural--a refreshed, lifted version of myself without looking over-done. Friends keep telling me I look "rested" and "glowing," yet no one can pinpoint that I had surgery. That is the level of expertise Dr. Holden brings to facial rejuvenation. Recovery was smooth, his follow-up care was exceptional, and his entire staff treated me with the same kindness and professionalism he did. If you are researching the best facelift surgeon in Scottsdale, I cannot recommend Dr. Holden enough. He is truly a standout in facial plastic surgery.

I was skeptical about going to this spa because I found it on social media, IG, for an unbelievable…read morereasonable discounted amount. I called & made an appointment & had an excellent facial & experience the first time. The spa was very clinical clean, great energy, quiet & relaxing. Restrooms are located outside of the building, like next door & are very clean. The suite is located upstairs & an elevator is available. My facial & the experience was so wonderful I purchased a pkg deal for more facials & a red light device that helps with wrinkles, fine lines, helps promote collagen & can be used all over the body for tightening ect...which I use 3-4x's a week & yes, I AM seeing results. I txt to make another appointment for my monthly facial & find out the esthetician I had was no longer with the company :( however they would scheduled me with a young lady named Tammy, who happened to have 20+yrs experience. Me being optimistic I allowed Tammy to give me a facial & she was PHENOMENAL & FIRST CLASS!!! I felt like I had a new face when she was done with my facial & the glow was unbelievable. I received so many compliments all week on my skin from men & women wanting to know where I get my facials. Tammy looked at my skin & immediately knew exactly what I needed. She was professional, kind & took GREAT care of me & my face. I AM looking frwd to seeing her again this month & recommend you go & see her also. Treat yourself to a wonderful relaxing facial. Btw, she is the queen of extractions :) When you see her, tell her LaTonaya says hello ;)

I had a really solid facial experience here. Sage, my esthetician, was excellent--genuinely…read moresincere, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. I asked a lot of questions (especially about microneedling and red light therapy), and she answered them in a way that made me feel informed and comfortable. You can tell she really knows her craft. The treatment itself was great--relaxing, thorough, and my skin looked and felt noticeably better afterward. The team and the services they offer are clearly high quality. Where the experience shifted a bit for me was during the consultation afterward. The products and services are strong--no question--but the sales approach felt pretty high-pressure. I understand the business side, but it took away from what was otherwise a really positive, trust-building experience. I say this constructively because there's so much here that's done right. With a more relaxed, client-first approach to the consultation, this place could easily stand out as exceptional. I'd absolutely return for the facial itself.
