She introduced me to Mona, the owner and wax specialist. My wife basically recommend me to was my ears, the space between my eye brows and my nose (near the entrance of nostril). As most men like me, we use tweezers to pull the long nose hairs and it stings. Mona explained the process as she went along. After each procedure, she did an extra sweep for any missed stranded hair. She was so gentle, all of it was painless! My wife who is extremely sensitive had her underarms, lip and even did her nose. She also exclaimed it was painless, Mona put on a cooling gel after each procedure and it was the best experience she's had. This will be her future go to place for all future needs! I recently moved here from Idaho. Looking for a Great hairstylist that would listen to me...I've…read morebeen growing my hair out for over 5 yrs...it grows very slowly so I had a long layered look. In the back it was to bottom of bra strap. Because of the ratings of this salon I called and talked to Lisa and she could get me in next day. I have natural brown hair with some gray and have added highlights to blend in but I wanted some Carmel lowlights. When I got there Lisa was very nice we discussed what I wanted and I knew my hair needed a good trim. I asked to not take more than an inch off the bottom. Lisa did the low light color it turned out great..a little more red than I wanted but it was fine! Then she went to trimming my hair at first she did just right of the ends but when she started to do the layers I didn't realize that she was pulling up the very bottom of my hair and cutting more off the length with the layers...I was seeing all of this hair fall to the floor...by the time I realized she was cutting more of my length off it was to late to say anything. The layering turned out good except now I had lost 4 inches off my length in back and 3 inches off the side. I'm so bummed about the length when reaching around my back I can barely touch the back. I'm heartbroken because it takes so long to grow. I don't know if anyone there does extensions which are very expensive so not sure that would be an option. Anthony was there and he was very happy and nice to me! The color and layers were good but cutting my length off sooooo much when I had asked not too take anymore than an inch to get the bad ends off was upsetting. It has taken me 4 days to make this post..if I go back unfortunately it will not be to Lisa.
