I will never go back. Kat is ok but slow I had a appointment and took off work to get my hair cut she was just taking her time curling a customers hair. Jesse the manager is freaking witch!!! so RUDE I said i was here for my appt and she was like kat is not done yet take a seat i said how long will she be she was a few minutes after 35 minutes past my appt time I asked kat if she was almost done she was like i have no clue whats going on really after 4 text msg to remind me of my appt. this is the worst ever. My friend, who is 75, had the worst hair cut in this salon. She has thick straight hair. She attempted to layer her hair and failed miserably. One side was noticeably longer. It looked like she tried to cover up her mistake by leaving the top part long. What a mess! Do not use the older woman. read more

Reading the business card from stylist Dana Wells that states "love your cut," I must agree. My regular stylist was on pregnancy leave and I truly needed a hair cut. With the open walk in policy, I was able to get seated immediately and in less than 30 minutes, I walked out the door. The stylist listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. Dana is an experienced stylist with three decades of experience. I will definitely return to her if I need another cut before my regular stylist returns. The shop was very clean and welcoming. For being known as a less expensive hair salon, this particular franchise provided exceptional service commonly found at high end salons. read more

Called ahead of price quote for my 8 year old son and this lady said 20$ . Took him in and I'm sure the one that answered my call was the same person to cut his hair. The hair cut was not what I asked for so I tried to tell her that I asked for a skin fade and her response was we had to wait for the barber...whaaat! It don't make sense if you didn't know the haircut we asked for why did you start it in the first place..... Anyhow I wasn't about to let my son walk around like that so we waited for the barber... long story short barber fixed it and he had a great attitude also... shout out to the barber Mike. Oh and of course the cut was way more than 20$ this lady told us. So call and specify exactly what you want and get quote for that and ask for Mike. read more

I hate to leave a bad review but this haircut is just bad. My hair is straight and all I asked for was a straight across cut. It's about a half inch longer on one side and very uneven all the way across. I just wanted a cheap, easy haircut and now I have to find another place to go get this fixed. read more

I saw Danielle and showed he the picture of the haircut I wanted. She did not follow the picture it looks nothing like the picture of the haircut I wanted. It is way too short and has been butchered. I am seriously pissed and she kept saying threat it was a really short haircut which it was not especially in the back. It took me 8 months to grow it out so the layers would be longer like the picture. If I had my way I would have walked out and not payed for a hack job. Needless to say I won't be returning to this business. I can only imagine had I had a color done my hair would have been fried and the wrong color. I know my hair will grow back but right now I am very unhappy with it. If you don't want your stylist to listen to what you want this is the place to go. read more

A recent shampoo and trim by Mike was much appreciated. Mike listened to my requests, was professional and friendly. He was very aware of my disability, (balance issues), taking care when moving me from shampoo to his station and making certain I was safely in my car-ride home. Have been coming here from Laughlin for several months. Excellent service by Jamie. She has a good knowledge of color, understands the different types of hair, thin, full, curl, straight, and her hair cuts are very complimentary to the patrons features. Last week she added 20 years to my cosmetic facial features by coloring my hair back to the strawberry blond it used to be when I was younger. She got rid of the dull drab ugly limp dishwater grey color that my hair had become. The cut is perfect and with a few 3/8" curling iron curls WHOOPIE I look great! I have had so many compliments from both men and women. I still work so looking professional is a must for me. She is well organized and works hard to give you what u ask for in a timely manner! It's a 65 mile drive RT for me but so worth it. She cuts children, women, and men's hair and is careful to not to remove too much, just enough to make it look great. Thanks Jamie. read more
