My buzzed part is all uneven and when she was using the buzzers she was all over the place with it. Instead of going in same direction. Also my bangs don't lay right and some of the longer hairs go on the other side that is supposed to be buzzed. I had first got an A line haircut at the salon in Walmart and that lady with long blonde hair didn't stack the back part enough, I had to go back 3X then decided screw it I will go somewhere else and go shorter. So it went from bad to worse. Nobody knows how to cut hair properly in this town that I have met or knows anything about dye either. So if you want a crappy haircut go here. I corrected it myself and it has grown out a little, looking a bit better.

In the back it was to bottom of bra strap. Because of the ratings of this salon I called and talked to Lisa and she could get me in next day. I have natural brown hair with some gray and have added highlights to blend in but I wanted some Carmel lowlights. When I got there Lisa was very nice we discussed what I wanted and I knew my hair needed a good trim. I asked to not take more than an inch off the bottom. Lisa did the low light color it turned out great..a little more red than I wanted but it was fine! Then she went to trimming my hair at first she did just right of the ends but when she started to do the layers I didn't realize that she was pulling up the very bottom of my hair and cutting more off the length with the layers...I was seeing all of this hair fall to the floor...by the time I realized she was cutting more of my length off it was to late to say anything. The layering turned out good except now I had lost 4 inches off my length in back and 3 inches off the side. I'm so bummed about the length when reaching around my back I can barely touch the back. I'm heartbroken because it takes so long to grow. I don't know if anyone there does extensions which are very expensive so not sure that would be an option. Anthony was there and he was very happy and nice to me! The color and layers were good but cutting my length off sooooo much when I had asked not too take anymore than an inch to get the bad ends off was upsetting. It has taken me 4 days to make this post..if I go back unfortunately it will not be to Lisa.

My poor daughter went in for a "trim" with Kristi and got her hair absolutely BUTCHERED!!!!! My teen has curly fine textured hair. I'm always very cautious about who I have handle her hair. While temporarily staying with my mother in Kingman while I relocated for a new job she was taken to Fringe for a little girl time with her Grandmother. What a traumatic experience!!!! I would give negative stars if I could!!!
