We swapped ranch dressing for the standard sour cream on the side, though we kept the salsa. I got chicken on mine and my wife got a side of guacamole. And they were excellent! All the veggies were fresh, my chicken was tender, and my wife liked her guac. The fried tortilla bowl wasn't greasy in the least (it was obviously a fresh-fried flour tortilla, not a prefab corn chip-ish one). I think better than half the orders we saw passing by us were fish and chips, which looked wonderful. My wife opined that it looks like this place knows how to do fried foods. Nice beer selection with several good Ontario brews on tap. We ordered a hazy IPA and enjoyed it. Service was attentive and personable. We definitely want to return to Grand Bend--and Paddington's.

After one visit, WTSP is immediately on our favorite places list, and we cannot wait to come back. The bread is homemade in the best way possible, and the attention to details - the absolutely perfect fries as example - shine through. This food is made by a kitchen that cares. And man alive, I am glad we did. It was up there with some of the best pizza I've had in Michigan, which if you know Michigan, is saying a LOT. Long story short, this place rules.
