Also have used them to supply both a Thanksgiving dinner with turkey and ham and a Christmas Dinner with ham. Both dinners were exquisite and will reuse their services again and again. They customized our menu (we wanted a summer menu, with a local fresh fruit salad - and it was a huge hit!), the food was delicious, and the serving was timely and efficient! They came the day prior to figure out logistics and it made the day of move so smoothly. They bussed our tables, and we didn't even notice the servers when they did it. Would not recommend this place to have your beef cut and packed. Every time we open a package of meat we are unsure of the cut of meat and not sure how they could have gotten the meat thickens so messed up. Example: in the package you have 2 Top Sirloin- one is cut 1/2 inch and the other 1 1/2 ! Pretty sure we got someone else's beef and they got mine. This will be my last time going there. read more

The service was horrible. Besides it not being a busy time of the year it took 6 weeks to finally get my meat. It looked like it was cut by someone who was on their first day of work. There was also a huge difference in what the owner of the beef said it weighed and what daves said it weighed. Somewhere I got ripped off. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I've been coming here a few times a year to get the beef short plate (Dino ribs) . Always amazing and better price then some of the other guys. I had an issue with a recent pickup and when I came back in they made it right no questions asked. Really appreciated the customer service. Most places could care less after you leave. Had a bull butchered and processed asked for specific cuts and packaged with the vacuum sealer so no freezer burn today right now got a roast unpacked it and defrosting and noticed butcher paper pieces stuck to it like it was already wrapped in paper and ripped off so I guess what I'm trying to say I don't know if this is my meat so I will never go back to them again . read more

I was very impressed with the first delivery I had with Dave's. Someone recommended in an online neighborhood website saying Dave's goes to the local farmer's markets, and they also deliver. I got the monthly special, and oh boy, the quality of the meat was so good. I will definitely order again. As fresh as can be. It came fast and in very good packaging. I can't look at grocery store meat the same way again. I started recommending Dave's to friends and family and they started ordering, too.
