We had Jennifer as our server for the evening and she prepared the scallops and seared the steaks onsite, as well as doing all of the cleanup. The food was absolutely amazing!! Lo and behold, he actually returned my email - and on the next business day even! He had pricing to me in a timely manner and was willing and able to work with me on budget and menus. We did a tasting in January and to be honest, I wasn't sure what I was going to do if I didn't like their food. Luckily, it turned out that I had absolutely nothing to worry about because the food was SO good!! My favorites were the Gaucho cookies and these amazing little Beef Panini sandwiches. For breakfast both days they did these mini-frittatas that I absolutely loved as well. All of their staff is friendly and they all seem to really care about what they are doing and the client. The Chef, Dave, is amazingly sweet to work with and again, you can tell he really cares about doing a great job.
