Super disappointing. I had high hopes for this place based on the photos they showed online. I got the most expensive and largest size for $170 but $230 total after fees. The bouquet came and looked nothing like the photos. Very small amount of flowers and not at all like the design they showed online (which was supposed to be showing only the standard size, the premium should have had even more flowers). I received an email from Flower mart about substitutions to the colors in my arrangement and to reply right away with any issues. I email them right away and asked for a photo before it's delivered. No response at all. Not happy with the arrangement that was sent. I ordered a bright colored arrangement called Summer Fun. What she received was very dark and the quality was horrible. We at Portola Country Club have been refurbishing our clubhouse the entire summer and we are opening the structure for all of our residents tonight. The flower arrangement I expected was nothing like what I was given. It was unbalanced and had filler flowers that were jammed in between the larger ones. I thought I was dealing with a professional with an artistic view; apparently I wasn't. I requested a change of flowers. I was shocked that there were very few flowers to choose from. The florist claimed that it was because it was end of the week??? I finally chose flowers from the few that were there. I was and am very unhappy with the arrangement. I called and got a male who works there and said they would go back and pick them up"! Firstly, VJ is incredibly easy to work with! we showed him picture examples of things we liked, and explained what we were looking for for our wedding. This place is a hidden gem in Palm Desert!!!! VJ, Ashley and his team/ family are hands down the best florists in the area. From the moment we walked through the door he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We went into our wedding thinking that we wanted to do our own arrangements and he was above and beyond helpful with picking the types of flowers and amounts we would need. As our big day got closer we elected to have VJ and his team put together all our arrangements and boquets. They were stunning and just what I asked for/ envisioned. He even brought his own archway for us to use and several stands for our ceremony. He delivered small arrangements to my rehersal dinner the day before and dropped flowers off at my baker for my cake. Wow, I'm just so upset. I walk into Flower Mart to place my order for Valentine's Day and pay cash as my wife and I share an account. I walk in and see everyone is working hard and was welcomed to the shop. I tell him I want flowers delivered to my wife's office on VD and he says no problem, she will get them in the morning, which I thought was fantastic as I was wondering when she would get them. I pick out a gorgeous arrangement and was very glad walking out. Unfortunately, they completely-completely messed up delivery, my wife NEVER received her flowers! I ruined the surprise when I met her for lunch and asked how the flowers were and she said "What?! You ordered flowers for me??" I felt like a complete idiot. I called and no one answered so I left a VM-no call back. I call back after 5 when I had a moment and he says the delivery person thought the business was closed-or something to that tune. My wife's office closes at 5 and doesn't have an open/closed sign so I don't know how. I checked with her and no one came up to the door or tried to open the door or anything. I am not very confrontational so all I said was ok well it's open and she never received them. I assume it was the owner I was speaking to as it sounded like the man at the shop. He said he was driving so I texted him my address for him to deliver them to my house instead . They came an hour and a half later (I get that it was VD), I was not home yet so my wife received them, she was going to say something to the driver but he gave them to her and before she could say anything the delivery man said "Have a good day" and literally ran off. Completely unprofessional. Then, she reads the letter and loves the message I wrote, so I look at it and it's misspelled! I can't believe it, I gave the girl at the shop my phone with the lyrics so I didn't have to say it; and it's still wrong. This is the first time I've used a flower delivery service. It was a busy day for me so I thought this would be a great experienced based on what I read-not so much. I will say the flowers are perfection and I love the selection they had but this made me so sad on Valentine's Day when it's supposed to be a good day read more

Miracle worker saves the day!!! Forgetting my sister's birthday from the opposite corner of the state looked grimm. Now 5pm, I started calling florists to request a miracle. No none in town answered their phone at 5 pm on a Friday. Flower Mart returned my call and within minutes after placing my order VJ ( I hope I heard your name correctly) was delivering an impressive tropical arrangement to the restaurant where my sister was celebrating her birthday. Shocking! The next day my sister called to tell me that while she was waiting to be seated a florist past her going into the dining room. She admired her favorite flowers passing by. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT EVER!!!!!(read full review in photos) I was maid of honor for My best friends wedding on 9/19/18 - they are from London but got got married in Indio - I had initially reached out to flower mart in April to arrange the modest order of bouquets, centerpieces and arch decoration. VJ responded to contact them closer to the date and that it wouldn't be a problem at all. The bride and VJ had multiple email chains/ phone conversations regarding the EXTREMELY specific requests for flowers. I personally spoke to him on the phone multiple times as the wedding approached verifying that the arrangements would be as the bride requested; he even confirmed he had an image we'd sent him as an example & assured all was fine - no problems at all. The request was simple - mostly all greenery, with a single small white, ivory or extremely pale pink flower (we verbally discussed peonies but decided on a tea rose or delicate rose of some sort as peonies aren't in season) - the wedding was 36 people, 6 bridesmaids, one bride all bouquets to be small with mostly foliage greenery & single light flower (flower mart had a photo example to replicate of this and confirmed), 5 button holes for guys, also just greenery (babies breath acceptable), one arch decoration all greenery with a couple white or ivory roses (flower mart also had a photo example of this to replicate, they again assured it would be exactly the same), 4 table centerpieces to be large, all greenery with option to add a white rose or 2.... everything was set, paid for and the week before the wedding communicated and assured everything was exactly as the examples.... the delivery gentleman arrived at the house of the wedding around 1pm day of the wedding with bouquets of greenery and carnations and roses in FUSCHIA along with tons of other small cheap ugly flowers to fill. The arch was massive bright pink flowers also mixed with carnations and the other filler flowers. The button holes were also fuschia Flowers- centerpieces were so small and overflowing with agin, bright pink assorted flowers.
