Absolutely AMAZING florist! They did all the arrangements, bouquets and bloom bar for guests to take home for my bridal shower and I could not be more obsessed with them! Super disappointing. I had high hopes for this place based on the photos they showed online. I got the most expensive and largest size for $170 but $230 total after fees. The bouquet came and looked nothing like the photos. Very small amount of flowers and not at all like the design they showed online (which was supposed to be showing only the standard size, the premium should have had even more flowers). Feels like I got ripped off which is such a bummer. read more

I received an email from Flower mart about substitutions to the colors in my arrangement and to reply right away with any issues. I email them right away and asked for a photo before it's delivered. No response at all. Not happy with the arrangement that was sent. I ordered a bright colored arrangement called Summer Fun. What she received was very dark and the quality was horrible. Looked so cheap. I understand they need to substitute flowers but it did not match the original style at all. Not worth the $. Go somewhere else. read more

My family had an incredible experience with Flower Mart. They delivered the beautiful bouquets to the Country Club very punctual for our event for the day. Thank you so much Flower Mart I will use you again in the future . The price and delivery were so reasonable. read more

I could not recommend PS Flower Mart enough! Ashley is so incredibly talented and brought my dream wedding to life. Flower Mart exceeded every expectation for my best friend's recent wedding celebration. From the very first conversation, their team--especially Ashley--was responsive, clear, and incredibly helpful. Communication around options, pricing, and timelines was seamless. But what truly sets Flower Mart apart is the level of care they bring on the day. When we realized our freestanding wedding arch couldn't support the floral arrangements, Ashley stepped in without hesitation. She returned to the shop for a sandbag and fishing wire, and even got into the pool to help secure everything perfectly. Thanks to her creative problem-solving and commitment, the florals were stunning and completely transformed the setting. As the groom later messaged me: "Thank you for insisting on the flowers and the arch. It made such a huge difference." It really did--and we have Flower Mart to thank for that. Would definitely recommend and use again without any hesitation. A+++ read more

Flower Mart - Banquet Centerpiece - Florists Near Me - Palm Desert, California

I paid over $150 for a large birthday arrangement and I was very disappointed. The flowers looked sad upon arrival and just got worse the following day. Some of The flowers were Completely drooping and had to be removed. I wouldn't purchase flowers here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. It's sad! We count on florists to deliver quality work on our special occasions (this was for my daughter's 21st birthday) and they obviously didn't care and didn't take time to ensure that they provided quality flowers. People are better off getting flowers from Bloom Haus in Ralph's. I've gotten better arrangements there read more

We at Portola Country Club have been refurbishing our clubhouse the entire summer and we are opening the structure for all of our residents tonight. We hired Flower Mart to bring flowers in for the event. They worked with us to place arrangements on the front table, the fireplace, the piano, the bathrooms and helped us design small centerpieces for all our tables and the bar. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the work they did. The colors are beautiful, the flowers outstanding and fresh and it is beautiful. GREAT job! We worked with Ashley and her recommendations were perfect. Thank you to the Flower Mart for a job well done. We highly recommend them... read more

They are always so helpful to me and quick and efficient. Either if I need delivery or pick up they are right there to help

I spoke with VJ the owner directly regarding my order for a celebration of life event. I was very direct n what flowers I wanted especially for such a sensitive event. It was wrong, flowers forgotten and not what we spoke about. I called him when we got there and he said oh I'll just credit u for the missed items. I said that's not what I wanted. He said u came n 2xs. I said NO i spoke to over the phone n detail. He obviously got me confused w/ another order. And chose to ignore fixing the problem. I would never recommend him since he's not reliable or responsible- Shame on you VJ!!! read more

The flower arrangement I expected was nothing like what I was given. It was unbalanced and had filler flowers that were jammed in between the larger ones. I thought I was dealing with a professional with an artistic view; apparently I wasn't. I requested a change of flowers. I was shocked that there were very few flowers to choose from. The florist claimed that it was because it was end of the week??? I finally chose flowers from the few that were there. I was and am very unhappy with the arrangement. Worst of all, the person who received it asked me if I hade made it myself! How embarrassing !!! I would never recommend this florist. read more

Let me ask you a question does this look like an almost $ 100 bouquet (with tax and delivery )? This is what was delivered today from what we ordered over the phone. Highly disappointed! I called and got a male who works there and said they would go back and pick them up"! Like I'm going to have someone go to my cousins house who was just diagnosed with stage 3 cancer (why we sent them) and have them knock on her door to take back the flowers. Not very good customer service to use that as the only option to a customer who called to relay their dissatisfaction. Won't be ordering through them again. read more

We were recommended by our wedding planner to reach out to VJ from Flower Mart for florals for our wedding. Firstly, VJ is incredibly easy to work with! we showed him picture examples of things we liked, and explained what we were looking for for our wedding. He made absolutely beautiful arrangements for everything from the arch, to the bouquets. We even had a last minute oversight the day of- we did not inform him of any arrangements for our 6 cocktail tables and after setting up the main arrangements, he rushed back to make a few additional small centerpieces for us. He was super nice and the price is EXTREEMLY fair for how excellent his work is. Highly recommend! read more

VJ completely over-delivered on my wedding day. He came to the hotel I was staying at the morning of my wedding to ensure my flowers were installed perfectly on my wedding arch. This place is a hidden gem in Palm Desert!!!! VJ, Ashley and his team/ family are hands down the best florists in the area. From the moment we walked through the door he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We went into our wedding thinking that we wanted to do our own arrangements and he was above and beyond helpful with picking the types of flowers and amounts we would need. As our big day got closer we elected to have VJ and his team put together all our arrangements and boquets. They were stunning and just what I asked for/ envisioned. He even brought his own archway for us to use and several stands for our ceremony. He delivered small arrangements to my rehersal dinner the day before and dropped flowers off at my baker for my cake. VJ went above and beyond for me and my husband and it made our whole wedding and we cannot recommend him enough for any event small or large in the future!!! read more

Wow, I'm just so upset. I walk into Flower Mart to place my order for Valentine's Day and pay cash as my wife and I share an account. I walk in and see everyone is working hard and was welcomed to the shop. I tell him I want flowers delivered to my wife's office on VD and he says no problem, she will get them in the morning, which I thought was fantastic as I was wondering when she would get them. I pick out a gorgeous arrangement and was very glad walking out. Unfortunately, they completely-completely messed up delivery, my wife NEVER received her flowers! I ruined the surprise when I met her for lunch and asked how the flowers were and she said "What?! You ordered flowers for me??" I felt like a complete idiot. I called and no one answered so I left a VM-no call back. I call back after 5 when I had a moment and he says the delivery person thought the business was closed-or something to that tune. My wife's office closes at 5 and doesn't have an open/closed sign so I don't know how. I checked with her and no one came up to the door or tried to open the door or anything. I am not very confrontational so all I said was ok well it's open and she never received them. I assume it was the owner I was speaking to as it sounded like the man at the shop. He said he was driving so I texted him my address for him to deliver them to my house instead . They came an hour and a half later (I get that it was VD), I was not home yet so my wife received them, she was going to say something to the driver but he gave them to her and before she could say anything the delivery man said "Have a good day" and literally ran off. Completely unprofessional. Then, she reads the letter and loves the message I wrote, so I look at it and it's misspelled! I can't believe it, I gave the girl at the shop my phone with the lyrics so I didn't have to say it; and it's still wrong. This is the first time I've used a flower delivery service. It was a busy day for me so I thought this would be a great experienced based on what I read-not so much. I will say the flowers are perfection and I love the selection they had but this made me so sad on Valentine's Day when it's supposed to be a good day read more

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! VJ saved me a ton of money on my bridal bouquet and made it BEAUTIFUL! My entire wedding was flowered perfectly within my budget thanks to this place. I wasn't even going to do flowers, but they were super accommodating and made it so easy and affordable. I sent a few pics of bouquets that I loved and they just made one up in a matter of days. I really cannot express my gratitude for the Flower Mart. They gave me a ton of buckets with the flowers so they could remain in water. They were easy to talk to. They filled my last-minute order when I wanted more eucalyptus leaves. It was easy and perfect-- exactly what you want in a wedding vendor. read more

Miracle worker saves the day!!! Forgetting my sister's birthday from the opposite corner of the state looked grimm. Now 5pm, I started calling florists to request a miracle. No none in town answered their phone at 5 pm on a Friday. Flower Mart returned my call and within minutes after placing my order VJ ( I hope I heard your name correctly) was delivering an impressive tropical arrangement to the restaurant where my sister was celebrating her birthday. Shocking! The next day my sister called to tell me that while she was waiting to be seated a florist past her going into the dining room. She admired her favorite flowers passing by. When they arrived at the table the arrangement was there with a card. She laughed, knowing I had forgotten her birthday. I am grateful for VJ's heroic efforts and saving the day and a relationship. Fabulous memories made because of VJ at Floral Mart. Thank you, Sincerely! read more
