This place is great florist I need some Birthday roses last minute and the gentlemen was very nice and the red roses turned out very nice .

I placed an order with Andy at "Flowers by Veronica" for a Mothers Day delivery. They took my order and charged my card. Andy told me it would be delivered on Mother's Day per my request. Mother's Day came and went and no delivery was made. The next day I called to confirm if my order was met and Andy said they couldn't even find my order. He later found my order upon another phone call back to them and Andy told me they could not deliver the flowers and told me because of the high winds. They failed to call me and tell me they would not be able to make the delivery on Mother's Day. A courtesy call would have been nice so I could have at least made other arraignments for my mom. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Don't trust them with your credit information unless you want to be charged without services. Good job Andy, nice way to run the business. read more

Called everyone in the area for an emergency delivery at the Sands Spa and Resort hotel in Indian Wells for my daughter 16th bday. No one could accommodate (or even tried to). This was my last call, and not only did they came through, but did a fabulous job. Very grateful for their excellence in service. I immediately called the hotel concierge to recommend them in future. read more

The story is, I ordered a delivery bouquet dozen roses Lavender/Red for my wife yesterday before noon to be delivered to her place of employment that afternoon (as told) in the same city as this flower company ( to cut down delivery time)... Well.... sucks to say, they weren't delivered until today about 10:30am, but not before they FIRST CALL HER to confirm address????? Big time spoiler, anyway, I slept in the doggie house last night. Yikes! I just tried to order a mothers day bouquet. Not a good experience. Said they were too busy to help me out.

My children For me for Mother's Day. They ordered Flowers By Veronica and the flowers came yesterday morning. Needless to say I was upset as the flowers looked like they were dead to start out with and the card stated happy Mother's Day your husband and kids. As my husband had passed away several years ago it was a bit of a shock . I sent a picture of flowers to the kids and they saw the card and got very upset as well as the fact that the flowers looked nothing like they thought they had ordered. I called the store and talked to a young boy name Andy who stated he was the manager. I told him I was very disappointed in the flowers but most of all that the card did not relay the correct message. He wasn't the least bit apologetic. The next day I called to request a callback from the manager. Meanwhile while I was at work a delivery guy showed up at my door to pick the flowers up. No one from the store called to tell me that they had arranged to pick the flowers up and refund my kids the money they spent on the arrangement. The delivery guy told me to come home immediately so he could pick the flowers up. I told him it was not convenient for me to to come home and that someone should've called me and let me know. The kids said well you still need to come home right now so I can pick them up. Who says that!! Needless to say I told him no and that he could come back at another time. This is the second time my kids have ordered flowers from Flowers By Veronica they sent me flowers back in July for my birthday and when I received those flowers they were dead within a day. I would not use this company again as the owner of the company which would not return my phone call very very unprofessional and the quality of their flowers is horrible. read more

Veronica you are the best! If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff, you need to come here. She's has over 35 years of experience. She arranged the most beautiful bridal bouquet I have ever seen. I email Veronica to get a rough estimate of how much a beaded vintage bridal bouquet would cost me, she was prompt in her response and really helpful when we arrive for our appointment. My friend was getting married so as one of her closest friends I decided I would buy the bouquet for her, I was happy to see that Veronica captured the brides requests. Veronica created a master piece within my budget and chose best flowers to make the "vintage look"! read more

Can't say enough about how helpful and professional this place is. I decided at last minute that I wanted a corsage and buttonhole for my wedding and they took time to listen to my needs and suggest flowers that matched my color requests and when they had more suggestions Andy called me personally at my hotel. When I picked them up the next day they were ready on time and Rosa had more than exceeded my expectations with design and color. Very reasonably priced and such customer service. I came to Flowers by Veronica super last minute to buy my mom some nice flowers. I told them I didn't want anything too extravagant but elegant and they delivered! I wish I knew everyone's name to thank them personally for how well they helped me. While waiting for my arrangement, I spoke to the young man that was at the front desk and learned that Flowers by Veronica is a family owned business. Everyone there is so kind, knowledgeable, make really beautiful arrangements, and try to help you with whatever you have in mind. Thanks again for the wonderful flowers and service! read more

Veronica I will never order a floral arrangement from your shop again. I called from Northern Cal to ask them to make a beautiful arrangement with a St Patrick's Day look for me to be delivered to friends I had stayed with in Palm Desert. I spent $150 on the arrangement and when my friend sent a picture of it I was shocked at what I saw. It was so poorly designed and the look was not at all what I asked for. I called the store to see if they would do anything about rectifying the situation and they did nothing. read more

I am very unhappy with the floral arrangement sent to my parents for their 50th Anniversary. The order was placed two days ahead, not at the last minute and the arrangement was tacky. The phone representative suggested a bouquet of all white flowers would be elegant. I agreed for a moment and then said actually no, that was more my style but my Mom likes things very colorful. A red and pink theme was suggested next, but I said it sounded to cutesy and Valentine. I told them that we wanted to send something bright and exotic. The arrangement that was delivered was about 10-15 pink and white lilies with about 8 red roses, for a cost of $120.-. It had a yellow pussy willow type thing stuck in it. I looked up the cost of lily and rose arrangements online and the average is $40 to $75 (the $75 dollar bouquet had over a dozen roses in it). The remedy the flower shop suggested was to pick up the bouquet and refund my money or to exchange it for something else (no suggestion made). How weird and embarrassing for my Mom and Dad. No creativity whatsoever. Don't waste your money. read more

As a young bride, I was looking for beautiful flowers and beautiful prices.. I was on a tight budget! This dream was beginning to look very bleak and I thought I would have to settle for lackluster flowers or cut something from the reception...Until I came across Flowers by Veronica! Flowers by Veronica did and absolutely incredible job with providing flowers for my wedding. I ordered all of my bouquets and boutonnieres for me, BMs, GMs, and important family. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, but they also did the most incredibly professional job out of all of the flower shops in the area. Don't be fooled by their El Paseo location- by far the most well priced, accommodating and kind hearted people. I was initially hesitant because they priced my bouquet at nearly 1/3 of the price of other florists and I thought they were too good to be true....but they did everything they promised and more! Absolutely incredible work! The only tip I have is that they can be a little unorganized at times. They wrote everything I wanted down on a piece of paper, but I had to end up going in and making sure everything was how I wanted about a week before the wedding, only to discover they had completely confused half of the flowers. After clearing that up we did end up with 2 boutonnieres instead of corsages as asked, but other than that, I have absolutely ZERO complaints. I will recommend this flower shop to everyone and anyone who is getting married in the area! read more

First off, worst customer service EVER. The young kid that works up at the front desk sold me a vase of flowers and said they were ready to go. I wanted them delivered to my fiancé at work, about an hour or so later he calls and says 'Hi, you know the vase bouquet I sold you, well I had to take out some flowers that were already sold to someone else..." So naturally I asked "what does that mean?" he informed me that they would add some different flowers to the arrangement. So now I spent $100 on a bouquet I don't know what it looks like or if they even put the same dollar amount of flowers in. SHADY if you ask me. Never again... read more

I was unhappy on the Saturday before Mother's Day with the arrangement I sent my Mother from another florist. I called Flowers by Veronica to see if they could deliver something that day and was so pleased with the customer service. They delivered within a few hours. My brother sent me a picture of the bouquet they delivered...it was beautiful. Both the arrangement and delivery charge were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again myself! read more
