However, our reputable mechanic has inspected both vehicles and confirmed there's no oil in the coolant and no leaks. I ended up paying $75 for an oil change with my mechanic, whereas I could have paid less than $50 using a Valvoline coupon for a conventional oil change. Adding to the frustration, my daughter couldn't drive her car afterward because the mechanic was booked two weeks out for an inspection and warned us not to drive it until checked. Thankfully, we had a backup car so she could get to work. Overall, very disappointed. It was about $100 and I went with the cheapest oil option they had. The guy pulled out my air filter to show me and try to convince me to replace that as well but after I questioned the exorbitant oil cost he didn't try to push the air filter because I clearly was going to say no. Besides being overcharged they were also rude and slow. I was the only car there and my oil change took 40 minutes. Before starting the service I asked how long I should expect and the guy just snapped at me and said it would take as long as it would take. Both of the employees that I spoke to were rude and demeaning every time we interacted. I went here because I was driving by and it was convenient but there are many shops to get an oil change from on this street and I can guarantee I will never come back to this place.

Not only was the whole experience fast as hell, but they even give all your fluids and tire pressure the once around. Granted, my TPM went off immediately afterwards for some unknown reason. What was especially impressive was that these guys were able to figure out how to reset the oil change notification via Google search, if you can believe that. For those of you unfamiliar with BMW, it's...a bit of a process to do. It kinda feels like entering a cheat code just to get the thing to go away. They got approval for wipers so they're changing them finished up my oil change and 5 miles down the road the driver side wiper pops off, luckily fall into the channel so once I get off the highway and find the same place to play with it I spend about eight minutes in the pouring down rain attempting to get the wiper to latch in, but there's a small piece broken from the clip so I swap passengers and drivers and that works so I can return the next day and get a replacement wiper at $60 for a set of wipers. Manager Mike is awesome…read more Brought my wife's 2020 Cadillac XT4 there for an full synthetic oil change, was a normal change until we went to start up the car and it was sputtering on start up. It was a highly coincidental incident, I genuinely felt that Mike went way out of the normal routine checks as well as looking at security cameras to audit technicians work and completeness. We had an abnormal issue that I felt that Mike went well above bar to over-communicate and diagnose an issue. We will be back for service, only one missed point as we had a new technician that could of done a better job at having on clean gloves to reset our car timers, it left oil residue all over our steering wheel and buttons.
