After a long wait they took my baby in the back understand you can't go back with them because there is no vet. When they brought Mallie back out to me with four prescriptions and no diagnosis and while we were waiting in line my dog proceeded to have bloody diarrhea on the floor with no explanation what was wrong with her. This organization was started by Dr.Jeff Roberts who actually is not money hungry but compassionate. I brought Mallie home and gave her the medicine as instructed there was no change. No one from this horrible clinic never called to ask how she was.I did not take her back because I was afraid they would charge me another 700.00 dollars.Unfortunatly I had to have my precious Mallie euthanized and before this was done the REAL VETERINARIAN ask me why did they give her this medicine when she was terminally ill. I just got a call from the owner that I better stop posting things about this facility because that is considered harassment. She owns five facilities so beware.

Great vibes! Went here today for the first time and they were beyond wonderful with us AND our pup!…read moreGreat service, calm and understanding technicians, doctor, and front staff! Our pup is a little anxious from the move and they handled him with all the TLC needed to keep him calm and comfortable. The groomers recommended we ask for an xray of his tailbone to make sure he's not in pain since he doesn't like his butt to be touched, but after a check with the doc, they said lets keep an eye on it before we put him through another traumatic experience, I definitely appreciate that as I think it's a bad experience with an old groomer and not physical since it's a new thing. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a vet with lots of care and common sense for you and your fur babies!

I'm sorry to be the one to leave a bad review but I'm beyond angry with this place. We took our dog…read morehere 4/10 for 2 lumps that were brand new. At that time the vet told us it's probably just a skin infection, he needed to be groomed and put him on an antibiotic. She briefly mentioned the idea of a biopsy but quickly convinced us it wasn't necessary. Fast forward lumps didn't respond to antibiotics, got him groomed, skin and behavior got worse. We brought him back at this time now she is concerned it's cancer! Which turns out it was! But not until we had to go to Fetch to have an actual work up done where the results came back within 24 hours and the biopsy we paid this place to do took almost 10 days! And the results were called to us and let's just say as an Oncology nurse it's a disgrace how they reported them to us. Fetch sent us a visit summary that was as detailed as a hospital visit a human would have. This place may have cost us precious time. A new lump should always be biopsied especially in a golden retriever a breed known to have cancer! Now his cancer has progressed and instead of being able to have surgery to remove the lumps we are looking at chemotherapy and less time with our dog on Earth. DO NOT GO HERE for an emergency or serious issue!!!
