Started with Vanessa, the salesperson: Persistent, patient and informative. Corrine: We've leased at least five previous cars from various dealers/manufacturers in Iowa and California. Never had the careful instruction on how to navigate the technological complexities of new cars like what Corrine did, with help from Vanessa. Corrine even sent a followup video with her showing us how to deal with one of our questions that she found the answer for. The finance guy (can't think of his name) made it quick and easy and again, informative. Then, to top it off, they were able to..and did...give us a price that was lower than what had bee quoted to us. The dealership was a good hour away; though there was a much larger dealer just 10 minutes away, the drive to Dave Wright Auto was definitely well worth it. Nothing fancy about their facility, but what we wanted was provided above and beyond the call of duty. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU!!!

They make you feel like you're their most important customer every time, without fail. Mike is just about the nicest, most accommodating man. He always makes sure you're taken care of, and makes it a point to not overcharge or suggest services that don't need doing. I know I can trust his word and his work. As a young woman (who is not very mechanically inclined) it can be intimidating to set up appointments with mechanics, but not once have I felt anything negative working with this business. I suggest them to anyone and everyone I know. Couldn't be more happy with my experiences there!

He did not even know how to use the push button starter. I think it was unethical to sell an old man with physical and mental disabilities this type of car. He died two months later and the car had 70 miles on it. My sister and I approached Clemons to see if they would take the vehicle back and they offered us $8,000 less than the original price. They wouldn't discuss the matter and were very rude. I would not recommend this dealership.
