I initially started to look up a nearby shop I could drive to, but then noticed a solid 5 star rating for Gaff's Mobile Tires that caught my eye. I hadn't considered a mobile option and that convenience was a big plus. When I called, he answered right away and provided me a quote. He was available to come later that same day and was very communicative with ETA updates via text. He arrived when he said he would, and ended up repairing two tires for me in under an hour, all at the same quoted price. Turns out I had bad air valves on both, which he replaced, and he topped off all 4 tires with air. The next day when my same back tire went low on pressure again, I text him to ask what else the problem could be and he offered to come back the same day and take another look. Thats when we found out there was a big nail deep in the tread that neither of us noticed previously. He promptly fixed it at no additional charge! I truly appreciated his professionalism, courteousness and great work that left me with peace of mind, knowing I could safely drive again. The convenience of having him come to you is such a blessing and I hope his business continues to thrive - he has a perfect 5 star rating for good reason! These guys are full service, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I've sent business here before but never used them; so this was a first. The guys determined what the issue was with my leak, located my battery issue and solved both in two days. They even held onto the car an additional two to be sure the interior dried correctly to prevent mold and make sure the vehicle is good to go from a cold start.
