I may have gotten her name from NextDoor last year but at that time, it didn't make sense for us to make any changes, however, she did suggest my hubby get one medication at Costco using GoodRx and that brought the price down from $125/month to $49/month for that one drug! A little background: I am self-insured (too young for SS - but not for long!) My insurance is expensive. Hubby is on Medicare and had has a separate drug plan and of course his supplemental policy. We also buy dental insurance for both of us. After spending roughly an hour on the phone with Joanna and providing her with some information about current medications, coverage and premiums, she came back to us with solid recommendations regarding our dental plan and hubby's drug plan and all told, we will save at least $500 annually. Since I am always quick to complain about poor service, I also want to share when I feel impressed with good service. Joanna is so easy to work with and explains everything in detail. Even if you decide not to make a change, you should give Joanna a call and have a review with her. As I said, we took time with her last year and I never felt pressed to make a change then and we didn't change anything. When I spoke to a very nice lady, Haley Johnson, trying to get home owners insurance she could have easily just given a quote just to get the business but she chose the correct honorable way by informing me that she could do it but I should stay with my current State farm (not them) I was very impressed with that and think that should be said to let people know this office at least at dignity and honor enough to look out for peoples best interest even if they lose a prospect.

We show up on time, and their internet service is down. Okay we're good sports, so we sign up for a membership for $19.90. The agent is trying to show us this trip itinerary by scrolling through it on her cell phone. Complete garbage. My wife had questions and gina was supposed to reply via email. Replied late, didn't answer questions and was basically worthless. I go to the location the following week and a explain to tiffani that we want a refund for our membership due to the poor service. She says okay let me take your contact information, and I'll have my manager reach out to you. Gave her cell #, email - got not communication. After 5 days I call the office- Tiffani not in. Okay, 2/4/26, my second visit to the office 7 days after initial contact with tiffany. Speak to matt about the situation, matt searches computer 30 minutes, finally prints a cancellation of membership- says I should have refund in 3-4 days, which of course was complete BS. Okay fast forward to 2/13 my wife calls their office on the phone for 30 minutes as matt and tiffany play games - matt said a manager is looking into it after 6 minutes, my wife asked matt who is the manager- 12 minutes on hold sent her to voicemail, then matt said a manager would call back soon. Zero! I get home from work go up to the aaa office. There they are tiffany and Matt. I asked them when will receive our refund. Oh, it was a special deal we don't know if you will. Then tiffany starts to argue with me. Listen to me, do not use this office they are lairs and thieves. I can't believe this rip-off; office is still open. Buyer beware. Next step dispute cc charge.
