Kelvin is challenging to communicate with and lacks reasonableness. Despite Kelvin's difficult behavior, the mulch was of excellent quality and the most cost-effective option I could find. Unfortunately after only a month, our yard looks as if no weeding, edging, or mulching was done. On 29 March 2021, after some back and forth on scheduling (and rescheduling - post down payment), work began and the flower beds were to have all weeds removed and mulch put down. Below are pictures from 24 April 2021 and, as shown, all the weeds have popped through the mulch; showing none we pulled and the mulch was simply thrown on top.
