Wanted half down and remainder when finished, however when he finally came to start he asked for an additional $1500 which my wife gave him. He started the third week of June 2022 and the last time we saw him was in August. In that length of time Tim had put in 7 days and accumulated a total of 40 hours and cut 3 trees down and trimmed 1 about 75% towards cutting it down. The next phone call he said he had injured is back and would refund some money to us as soon as he could figure out how much and he would possibly have money to us in October. However we have not heard from him and he has not refunded any money to date and this is the end of January 2023. Well Tim I am going to tell you how much you will refund us, seeing as how I had to take care of the brush from the 3 trees you cut down and the 1 you trimmed. You will refund to us $8,000. You have until February 28, 2023 to have the money in our hands, or we will proceed with legal action. He started the tree up front and demanded the second half of the money, assuring me that he would finish that day. He left, cashed the 2nd check, came back and said the job was too much for him, so I said "you owe me a partial refund then". He agreed and said he would add things up and send the check in the mail. The check never came and that was 9 months ago. I have reported him to the BBB, the Ohio and Pennsylvania Attorney General's office for fraud and theft, and will be taking him to court. Go look up the many reviews on google if you don't believe me, he has stolen thousands and thousands from people in the area and will do the same to you.
