We hired Tim and crew over a year ago. He was removing a log in the backyard and a tree in the front. Paid him $1,000 up front and he removed the log. He started the tree up front and demanded the second half of the money, assuring me that he would finish that day.
He left, cashed the 2nd check, came back and said the job was too much for him, so I said "you owe me a partial refund then". He agreed and said he would add things up and send the check in the mail. The check never came and that was 9 months ago.
I have reported him to the BBB, the Ohio and Pennsylvania Attorney General's office for fraud and theft, and will be taking him to court.
Go look up the many reviews on google if you don't believe me, he has stolen thousands and thousands from people in the area and will do the same to you. read more
