Warped fence and non-functioning gate: $3200. Thank god, I stood my ground and didn't pay the extra…read more$1200 he tried to increase to. I get to look at this the rest of my life....and find a way to deal with it. Plus, I have to figure how to and get fixed the gate that is improperly installed. New pics to add of the gate that has to be removed and installed correctly. They went on and on about having installed the gate "handle" which I've since realized is actually in the WRONG side of the gate door. In addition, the hinges are crooked, screws are stripped, and the gate does not close without a ton of effort. Meanwhile, this "fence guy" that's been "building fences for 40 years" may also be using his position (as county commissioner) to make my life VERY hard here. I've spoken to half a dozen "regulars" in this town and they all agree I'm getting the "run around" from the city development team. So again, I say....use extreme caution when hiring this guy.

Rudy and crew completed the project within reasonable time constraints. Rudy did a first class job. Used telephone poles for corners and support for line posts. We installed horse fence with barbed wire above. Rudy even made sure that the posts we're set at the same height and looked good, too. I highly recommend Roland Landscaping.

I've worked with Gene Garcia on a couple of home projects now, and I can't recommend him enough…read more The first time, he installed a drainage system on my roof to handle rain runoff, and the work was clean, efficient, and well done. More recently, I had him do a full roof inspection. He took photos to document everything, walked me through exactly what needed attention, and explained it all clearly. He then scheduled someone to come take a closer look at a specific issue and made sure the job was handled neatly and professionally. Jean is a great communicator, reliable, and easy to reach since he's local to the neighborhood. Anytime someone nearby is looking for help with a home project, he's the first name I give them. I would definitely recommend Jean for any home project needs.

After some brief texting, he said he'd be out there the next day to patch it up, though the whole roof needed replacing (which I knew). Dealing with Gene was pretty great. He explained things to me about how things would go and what best to do with some of the repairs on my roof, gutters, and facing. Add to this his cheerful demeanor, quick work, and fair pricing, I'd recommend him to just about anyone who needs some roofing done.

Recently I had several fencing companies come out and give me a bid for fences for my house plus…read moretwo of my neighbors. We decided to split the costs on our adjoining fences. Brandon at Kyle fencing was the ONLY one of all the fencing companies who said he used wood screws instead of nail guns. At our last house we had a fence company come in and used nail guns and I swore never again. When it's time to replace a single picket or rail that's damaged, nail guns make the task ridiculously difficult. Plus, companies that use nail guns typically are trying to get the job done as fast as possible and then move on to the next one. That's not a formula for quality work. When I asked the other fence companies to add wood screws instead of nails, one flat out refused to do so and the other wanted $550 more for extra materials cost and extra time for labor. Brandon's bid came out below the two others even with using the same quality western red cedar and wood screws. He did a great job. Our fence is beautiful and I recommend him most highly. Now let me tell you the one thing in his Google reviews that's negative and then I'll tell you why. Don't expect to get an answer to your text message immediately back. In fact, you might not even get an answer back the same day. Sometimes I got an answer to my question two days later at 4:30 in the morning! Brandon's prices and his quality is so much better than others because Brandon doesn't sit behind a desk all day while he sends his workers out to do the jobs. Brandon IS Kyle Fencing and Kyle Fencing IS Brandon. This man works from can to can't 7 days a week, and when you realize this, give him a break if he gets home at 8:30 at night and chooses to eat supper and go to bed instead of answering your text message. Hire him and save lots of money and get a quality fence. You won't be disappointed. And Brandon, if you're reading this... text me back. I have another job for you to do. ;-)
