We were greeted at the door by a friendly waiter who showed us to our seats and after a few mins took our order. The food came at a fairly quick time, we weren't waiting too long and the food was piping hot. Everything was delicious and I cannot fault it. The owners (one of them is a Premiership Referee so look out for the odd famous face) live in the Bolton area and can often be seen working in the resaurant. It is my favourite place to eat. From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcome. There are 2 Italian waiters who speak excellent English and are more than happy to help you pronounce the items and even teach you some Italian. The menu is extensive with daily specials. The service was great all night and we had numerous wait staff looking after us and they were happy to take photos of us etc. When we ordered our dessert one of the wait staff was extremely proud to have made two of the dishes - the panna cotta and the creme caramel. I ordered the panna cotta, although the consistency was thicker to what I am used to it tasted delicious. Despite how busy the place was for a Sunday night we didn't see any celebs. The 'Meal deal for 2' consists of 2 x 10 inch pizzas, a garlic bread with cheese, 2 portions of fries and 2 cans of soft drink or bottles of water. The cost for all this is £11, which I think is less than the cost of just 2 pizzas. The amount you get could comfortably feed 3 hungry people. The pizzas are very tasty and they are adequately topped without being overloaded. I have had beef, chicken and seafood pizzas and enjoyed them all. Tyldesley is a town awash in take-aways so it can't be easy to make a success of the business with all that competition locally. Unless you have a decent product which these guys have. The downside of their premises is that it has zero curb appeal which probably puts off some passing customers, the exterior of the property could certainly do with freshening up.
