We recently hired Daulong's Mobil music for our Wedding Reception. We payed extra for more lights made sure to pick out every song that was to be played & confirmed this with Steven Daulong on 3 different occasions. Our wedding day arrives at the Beautiful San Luis Resort. Only one problem, its 5:00, We are outside & as i wait for the music to start for my beautiful bride to walk down the isle. No Music, No Microphone for our Officiant & No DJ. I guess the DJ had brought the wrong cords, so he decided to take a trip to Wal-Mart?? Our wedding was delayed by almost 45 minutes. OK, no big deal lets just hope the reception kicks off with a blast. The DJ does play all of our songs we had requested, but missed the Father-In-Laws Speech, My Bride's Sisters Personal Duet & my end of night thank you! As we are awaiting our exit, someone taps my shoulder. Guess who? Its was our DJ, he mentioned that because he had stayed an extra 45 minutes at the reception, which was his fault for delaying the wedding we needed to pay him extra in cash? Its my wedding night, i don't have any cash on me. Long story short, I Emailed Steven Daulong "Owner Of Daulongs Mobil Music" & explained our situation, also mentioning i do not want my money back i would just like an apology. Steven Daulong sent back an email which i will post to Yelp & every other Review site over the next 365 days, explaining that if i want to proceed accusing his DJ of being unprepared he would not have a problem taking me to court for the extra 45 minutes of work his DJ had to do at our reception. I was Shocked by this email. As Mr. Daulong now knows, I have the Whole wedding recorded on video. Our videographer has everything on tape, even his DJ Leaving our wedding before we walk the isle. I will be posting this video to You-Tube also, its disturbing. We even have our DJ asking for money at the end of the night. I was disgusted with this type of disrespect & terrible customer service. I'm in the customer service industry & understand the value of a good customer. This is one unsatisfied customer! An apology would have been enough! Now i will let not just my friends know about this, but everyone in Houston! I hope you realize Customer Service is a very important part of running a business. read more
