She told me to come by, so I did. I didn't have a photo of the pills, but I asked if she could give me the same ones I had received in the past. She said she couldn't order them unless I sent her $50 upfront. I zelled her the $50 and left, expecting that the pills would be ordered as promised. Later, she told me they had arrived--but suddenly the price had increased to $60. That's when I started feeling very uncomfortable. These pills never cost that much before, and I felt misled. I asked her to please just refund my $50 since there was so much confusion, but instead of zelling it back, she asked me to send her my address so she could mail it. That didn't sit right with me--why should I give out my personal address when the payment was digital? Overall, this whole situation felt unprofessional, frustrating, and unclear. I just wanted transparency and respect as a returning customer, but I didn't get that. Be cautious when dealing with this business--especially when it comes to money and communication.

Dr. Nishimoto is a pleasant person and good 1-1 communicator. He seems to be adequate as a doctor,…read morebut it is hard to say, since I never had serious medical problems with CLL during my relationship with him However, Dr. Nishimoto's staff is surly, incompetent, and untrained. It took them 4 1/2 months to bill for my November 2014 appointment. I had asked them several times for a bill and they always refused. The office billing Queen and the receptionist both told me to find out what I owed by contacting my insurance company and paying on my own initiative. They actually said it wasn't the responsibility or their billing department to send out bills. Incredible!! At my 2/10/2015 appointment, the receptionist yelled at me for being "delinquent" on a prior bill in front of everyone in the waiting room. She yet again refused to let me know how much the billing amount was or for what dates of service. On that sem day, they publicly berated an elderly couple in my presence in the waiting room for a similar "offense". After 4.5 months, they finally got around to billing me (which violates their office policy prohibiting the billing of customers), and when they finally did get off their rear ends to send a bill, they crayoned on it a note that it was "due immediately" (as a surly immature adolescent would do). At each and every visit they couldn't find their copies of lab work from LABCORE and notes from my General Practitioner (Dr. Norcross), and tests from local hospitals. They (staff and Dr. Nishimoto himself) always told me it was the hospital's , Labcore's, and Norcross's screw up, emphasizing that those parties regularly make mistakes in transmitting records. I learned over time to hand carry to Nishimoto copies of all tests and reports from other providers since they apparently had no functioning fax machine or other communication device for receiving tests or mail or reports or storing them and, according to Nishimoto's staff, all of my providers always forgot to send Nishimoto the reports/test results. On 4/1/2015 I asked Nishimoto's Billing Queen to have Dr. Nishimoto speak to me personally on these matters since the actions reflected poorly on his professionalism. Her majesty refused this routine professional request, and instead screeched at me with a high pitched lunatic voice over the phone. I refused to take her abuse and fired Nishimoto on the spot, and hung up in the middle of her rant. I need a professional to serve as my doctor and his office must also be minimally professional. On April 3, I sent Dr. Nishimoto a "for your eyes only" mailed letter by the US postal service telling him that he had been fired because of his rude, untrained, negligent, and insufferable staff and asked him to confirm receipt of my letter. He never responded. I suspect his staff intercepted and "lost" my letter before it got to "his eyes only". As everyone knows, intercepting personal mail addressed to someone is a felony. I got my new CLL doctor (Cancer Care) 3 weeks ago. I contacted Nishimoto's office several times, starting on October 12, to get my records faxed to Cancer Care. On October 27, I spoke with Nishimoto's office (Claudette*) who told me she never got my request (their phone/answering machine apparently also doesn't work?). (*Joan from Dr. Norcross's office, thinks the correct name is Claudia). Claudette/Claudia said she would personally fax the records to my new doctor on October 28 (a Wednesday) since Claudette actually told me they can only send faxes on Wednesdays. Incredible. I contacted Cancer Care's office on October 30, and (as I expected) his office never got the fax from them. I was told by Cancer Care's office that my experience with Nishimoto's office is a common experience for Nishimoto. I am sure Nishimoto's office will claim it was Cancer Care's fault, since that is the internal Nishimoto office policy for dealing with all of their mistakes. It is incredible that according to Nishimotos' office every single doctor/provider who deals with Nishimoto is incompetent!!!!!!! Everyone. Nishimoto is a negligent.incompetent manager of his staff. Any manager with the most elementary level of competence would have fired them all a long time ago and would have filed criminal complaints against those intercepting his personal mail. (If the mail wasn't intercepted, then Nishimoto is careless and professionally negligent as a doctor. a professional would not reply "FU" to a customer). I am sure Nishimoto could find a good high school level management training class to help bring him up to a :"D level of performance in managing a business.

She's very caring and attentive to your issues and will do her best to help heal any problems you may be burden with. She's awesome!! At my job I do a lot of walking and standing on concrete. Up until my injury i wore work boots which I've now switch to regular shoes that resemble a boot. In 2015 I suffered from plantar fasciitis and it kicked my ass when I was at work. I went to Dr Lisa for acupuncture, & received some supplements that helped elevate the pain greatly. Due to me constantly being on my feet during the treatment(working 16hr shifts) the treatment only helped so much. Had I worked my regular 40 hours a week work days instead of 48 and sometimes 56 the treatment would have had a greater outcome. Right after treatment I felt revitalize, and my feet felt much much better. Her prices are not low and not super high. Very affordable for a middle class citizen. I would have continued to see her if it were not for my complicated/conflicting work schedule and her hours of operation. Which I don't condemn at all. We all have families and she does her best to work to your needs. My only con is that I wasn't able to see her more often due to work. It's been over a year since I last saw her & As of right now I feel aight!! Lol. My foot pain has not completely gone away. 16hr shifts hurt but a regular 8hr I can handle with ease. My plantar fasciitis has changed for the better & is not the 8-9/10 pain I felt before I saw Dr Lisa. One thing I will say about her is that she truly cares and will do her best to help pin point the cause of the problem and offer any solution that will help even if it is not her own practice.
