The last three guys were not given any instructions how to plow the driveway , which was explained to the office before the first snow fall. In addition, they spread salt on my walk way and drive way, when they were expressly told not to because of my dog, but they ignore my request and hurt my dog! The owner doesn't like his staff being told what they should do or not do. I placed snow polls, as request and they either plowed over them or ignored them in areas that the snow needed to be back bladed verses plowed. Basically they made a mess. He did the first cleanup on the 11th of November, so on Thanksgiving there were leaves all over and it did not appear to be done... But that was okay with me because I figured he was coming back. I inquired about our agreement on December 5th and when he would be coming back. He then states to me that he came before thanksgiving, states he did it on the 26th but I literally had leaves all over and that wasn't the agreement. So now the snow is melting and it's reaching 54 degrees on both December 9th and 10th and I am going to be left with leaves still all over and still coming off the trees. And when I do tell him that there were leaves all Over check out his response in the screen shot that he did a large quantity and to compare it to the a "tiny" bit he left behind. So you admit to a poor job but feel that it's okay. Please look at my screenshots of our text messages. Very Dishonest. I do not recommend at all.

However, he somehow managed to remove my review (along with several other 1 star reviews) and proceeded to block me. What I hired him for: leveling my property, ripping up existing contractors grass and weeds (new build), and re-seeding my lawn. What I got: a massive and dangerous drop from my back door to my backyard, a completely unsupported central AC unit, a yard that looked more bald than a 90 year old man, and tons of remaining weeds. In addition to the $7,500 I paid him, I had to shell out thousands more to have someone build stairs as well as a support for the AC. I will eventually have to pay even more for someone to come rectify the unlevel ground under my deck.

This was a new home for us and we had a lot of things we wanted to do but didn't quite have the vision. John worked with us every step of the way to help us create the beautiful backyard oasis we were looking for. My wife found Green Planet online via Letgo and called to get an estimate on a fire pit and patio…read more Fred gave us and idea over the phone and then came to size it up and write up a formal proposal. Fred is an easy going guy, very friendly and accommodating. He worked with us on what we wanted and quickly came up with a fair price. Fred and his staff, at various times there were 2 or 3 different guys, were very good. They came in, did their work, were neat, clean and efficient and hardly made their presence known. As the job took shape, Fred came in and advised or did some of the design work, making certain all was well. Along the way, he always checked in with us to hear our opinion, see if we were satisfied or get our input. All went very well. The job was a fairly big one, so some of the grass/lawn bore the scars of the work but before leaving Fred re-seeded and the lawn bounced back. We are very pleased with the work done by Green Planet and will have them back to do more masonry jobs when the time is right. They are through, trustworthy and hardworking. Most importantly, they provided us with something unique for our yard and we will enjoy it well into the future.
