Cotton Island is stock full of shoes (plenty of Toms!), cute clothing brands and tons of pricey and affordable jewelry. I was also surprised to see they offer a large sale area, with racks and racks of tops, dresses, skirts and pants to choose from. I also noticed quite a bit of accessories on sale as well. The staff is really friendly and upbeat without being annoying. When I mentioned that the clutch I was purchasing was for a birthday, she wrapped it up for free.
