Have spent almost 3 hours on hold. Recording says "Press 2 to leave a voicemail, press the # key to return to the queue, or you can hang up at anytime" every 35 seconds. Super annoying. Have also left 3 messages and filled out the online form. No response yet. read more

I received no calls, texts, emails or paper mail notifying me of the change until there was a cancellation notice in my email months later and a large balance forward. After discussing with customer service, I was informed that it was my fault I didn't get the supposed email asking if I wanted to retain my autopay status. Even two weeks after paying my balance forward, they were unable to rectify their books and requested the same amount. Billing is less than transparent. Go elsewhere if you can.

I have used their services on several occasions, and have found them to be nothing but professional. The estimator, Brad, generated pricing at the time he indicated; the workers showed on time, and were professional (and patient in waiting for the removal of vehicles). I have mostly used them for the cleaning/resetting of inlets at condo/hoa communities; and they have always made my job easier. When we did have a "hiccup", Brad went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy. Kudos!!!
