Just like everyone else, I wish I would have done more research on this company! They are a JOKE! This company sure knows how to sweet talk you out of your money. They make all these empty promises, all these GUARANTEED actions a month, but yet all they do is take your money. My husband stepped in on this after being with them for a couple of months and told them that he wanted to cancel the service, because we weren't getting any results. The guy that he talked to said that things were cancelled, but then we see that are still being charged. So I cancelled my credit card that they were charging. Then I started getting unindated with phone calls from their company. Told them several times that we had cancelled our service. After we thought that was over, I received an email from one of there "customer service reps" stating that the service was cancelled, then 4 minutes later I received another email from the same person that we were going to be sent to collections. So I emailed her back and asked her if it was cancelled? Or if we were being sent to collections? Or both? And she never replied back. Then the following week I got a letter in the mail from a collection agency. I contacted them and told them that I had cancelled my services with them because they were a horrible company to do business with and they were hold their end of the deal up. I also sent another email to miss unresponsive, and still have yet to hear back from anyone. All I can say is that there are plenty of good marketing companies out there, just make sure you don't use Datasphere EVER! And do your research on the company before you sign with them. And think about it, if they're asking for a contract there's a reason. read more

BEWARE! I, too, wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. I paid in full for one year of advertising that was sold under the guise my ad would appear on our local news station's home page. I didn't know the news station had "home" pages set up for each of the state's counties. My ad appeared on our county page. Never once did I see it appear on the news station's home page. Since I paid in full for one year I thought I would ride it out and see what happened. Absolutely nothing happened! Not one telephone call, email or coupon redemption. After one year Datasphere claimed we were on a "month to month" payment plan. Their customer service department said it was in my "contract". I never recieved a contract. I was told that I must have deleted the email containing the contract because how else would they have access to my IP address to obtain a signature. What IP address? I gave them an account number over the telephone and they took payment directly from my account. Yes, I was stupid! The account number I gave Datasphere expired during the year. I was contacted via email to "act quickly" to correct the situation. I called Datasphere and asked for a hard copy of my contract and final bill and was told they only deal via email and weren't sure if they could mail me anything. When I was told this was 11- Alive local TV news, wow, I thought 11-Alive. This is a totally different company whose goal is to re-brand my company. When I asked about 11-Alive I was lead to two other companies linked to 11-Alive. This ad campaign is not what I am looking for at this time. It is geared toward their brand not my brand. I have a website and Blog and they offered to build one for me. No they can't use my logo or brand or maybe I can talk to someone about that later. Everything is later. The metrics while pretty were not beneficial. I have had per their records 12 actions (?). The actions are not tangible leads. So today I dreamed I had 35 actions oops same result - without proof it means nothing. I've asked that they remove me as a client with no additional bills to my account and provide me with written proof. I was told someone would call me in three days, Everything is later. It took less than 24 hours to pull money out of my account. I was told to give it three months, but I have more leads generating from other sources that are valid and documented. A word to the wise is usually sufficient. While this company is a legitimate company, they are very limited on true business integrity at the sales call level. If you should happen to receive one of the unsolicited cold telephone calls that this company uses to get new business...hang up and block the phone number. Why??? Because the tactics they will use to close a deal are based on predatory practices such as misleading and manipulative language, false claims, disingenuous flattery, unsubstantiated claims and pure chicanery. Are they offering a legal service??? Yes. However, if you sign a contract with this company, it will not take long to discover the disparities within the contract as well as what you are really getting versus what their cold call sales person will claim over the phone. If you have low self-esteem and love to be treated like dirt and lied to OR if you are a glutton for punishment, then Datasphere is the company for you. NOT ONLY are they full of empty promises (i.e. lies); NOT ONLY do they not stand by their product or service; NOT ONLY do they abandon you after the point of sale; but - and here's the best part - they make no attempt to remedy the situation or address your concerns (big or small). I'm shocked by the negative reviews I see here. Data Sphere has delivered in spades everything they promised and more. For a small company like mine they really deliver. I get monthly reports of every hit from multiple sites that leads to my store. They call me to make sure I know what's new in their offerings and even after I've installed code, they monitor whether or not that code is working. All this saves me time I don't have and checks on the skills I don't have for web mastering. I signed on for a year and am now month to month and am delighted with the experience. I am the exclusive Consignment Furniture store advertised in my area on their web site, and have received new shoppers from the coupon listings. Our company, Bluecreek Motorcycle Training LLC has been using the datasphere services for over 2 years now. Although at first things seemed a little slow and I was skeptical about spending our advertising dollars with a new venue... it has turned out to be one of our best advertising campaigns. You just need to follow through with the staff to supply the photos, create the coupons or discounts. It wasn't rocket science-it was pretty easy actually. During our busy season (summer months) we were receiving several emails or phone calls a DAY from the local saver coupons and ads. Most of those did become customers and registered for classes with our school due to the coupons. We're in our slow season now (winter) and we are still getting 3-5 emails from potential new customers every week. Most of those plan to attend a class with us when the weather permits. This company is way OUT OF LINE! They have a talented sales team that reels you in and once you are in they make it extremely difficult to get out. BEWARE when working with them, they create embarrassing, low grade branding collateral and they lock you into a contract so theres nothing you can do about it! If the products and services you are providing are of quality people will be happy to pay for them but DataSphere has found a way to force you to pay when you are not happy with what they provide. I agreed to 6 months on the phone and when my 6 months was up they told me I was in a year contract (must have been in the fine print) and tried to make me "buy out" of my contract for $450. Are you kidding!!! $450 for doing nothing! In the end I had to pay $150 to buy out, but I am not happy AT ALL! Stay far away from this company. They are deceptive and fail to deliver on what they promise. After they delivered a low grade photo slide show and lame voice over, we decided that it was not up to par, when i said thanks but you're not hitting the mark, they went ahead and posted it online! I told them to cease and desist but they put it up anyway. I asked for a full refund as they did not deliver on what was promised, but got a rude email back saying that i had not gotten back in 3days, their apparent time frame before they do whatever they want, which i had gotten back within their artificial timeframe. Asked for a full refund and they are saying they are keeping 40%. I have filed a case with the WA ST AG and if that doesn't work i am going to sue them. Horrible experience! I wanted to run some advertising over the holidays this year 2019. Sara had called me and we set it up. There was no follow through the first month. They have a call center call you and since it came across as a solicitation, the call was declined. I called 3 weeks later after not hearing from them and they set another appointment. Sara would not return my call and when I called Vicky at the customer service number, she was rude, argumentive and stated that she would not be refunding our money. Sara had told me the week before that they would not charge my account until they straightened things out. Vicky told me today that Sara is "just a sales person" and they would not be refunding my money. I've disputed the charges with my credit card company. read more

I started with Data Sphere Technologies in April and found very positive results. What 9 out of 10 don't usually understand is that media works when you incorporate it with your media program to enhance the exposure. The excellent work Data Sphere did for me allowed me to expand the work into my email, web sites, listings and media programs. You don't invest in a vehicle and leave it parked in the drive way you drive it and enjoy the benefits of owning it the same is true of this program. I would highly recommend it to those who understand what I have just said. If you are looking for a free ride this isn't the vehicle for you. we have been using DataSphere for just over a year now we have seen a good deal of activity from our ad with them and there has been a pretty consistent flow of clicks on our website from their efforts the only reason i did not give them a 5 star rating, is that most of the "leads" that have come to us have been from prospective tenants and not prospective clients RESE does not make any money from tenants, we generate income from property management appointments we recently had a discussion with one of their marketing guys and made an attempt to change the flow - but to date, this does not seem to have made any difference, as we are still getting tenants calling and not owners but they work hard and, if we were able to change our calls to owners, i would be totally stoked read more

After a long phone call, the rep convinced me (because when youre first starting a business, everyone is on YOUR side right?) After the call I did some research and found reviews like this, so I wanted OUT. I called back same day, asked to cancel. They said they would allow me to cancel after a 3 month period which "they never do." So a few hundred dollars and 3 months later I'm finally out. Never did see any of that advertising they promised, in fact never heard from them again once they got my card info. I like the others was talked into this company. The only positive thing I can say about them is the video was done fairly well. As far as the marketing and promotion services, it was a complete waste of money. I received not one client from them in four months! That is one expensive video if you as me. Nowhere near worth $160 a month. I like several others tried to get out of the contract and was told that I would be subject to collections if I cancelled. They supposedly said I had 189 customer actions, which is a total lie. According to,their website a customer action includes customers that print my coupon. Again not one customer in 4 months. I feel so bad for the countless of others that continue to be ripped off by this company. Please do your research. There should be a class action lawsuit filed against predators like this company. Great product and it's already led to a couple new customers in 4 weeks. :) After reading a number of reviews, I am confused on how their opinions can be so bad. I bought an ad that is seen on King 5 in the Seattle area, as well as coupons and mobile ads. I was very happy to redeem coupons for new clients within one week of completing my ads. The process of creating my ads was relatively painless. They did a good job of using my logos and materials to design decent coupons. No amount of advertising will make a poorly run business successful. You still have to offer a great product and solid customer service. For the price, I am pleased! read more

Regarding Dataspere, I initially signed up with them thinking that they were actually my local KRDO. I was disturbed to find out that they were not. However I did contact the KRDO marketing office and the head of marketing told me that they were affiliated and did a great job of getting affordable advertising out for smaller businesses. She also agreed with me that the Datasphere campaign really wasn't going to be appropriate for my specialized type of business. I cancelled my contract and got a very respectful call and email from a gentleman named Mark and my money was refunded. I believe they are very professional and above board. read more
