I rang to let you know how pleased we were with your telephone engineer Bob. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, he took his time to explain things, nothing was too much of a problem for him. He was highly competent and knowledgeable about the telephone system and was only too happy to oblige with any query we had. Bob was very conscientious in that he made sure that we were totally confident and happy with all of our programming and double checked everything to make sure it was perfect. We are an extremely satisfied customer and that is all down to Bob. We would highly recommend him for some kind of customer service award or something of a similar nature, good employees are hard to find these days and should be rewarded for their services, he has made a fantastic impression of your company and we are pleased to be doing business with you. read more
