One was a funeral program that came out so faded and unsaturated, that I would have been embarrassed to use it. Ended up having it printed somewhere else and it looked much better. The other job that I just picked up today was a postcard that has a QR code on it, and it's printed too small! It's so small that my i phone can't focus on it. I was told that - It works fine on their phone... So too bad for me. I mean, if you just looked at the postcard, you'd see that the code is too small!! No quality control.

I've often emailed a doc in the evening after they're closed, get a reply back from Dave around 7:30am, and have my prints that afternoon. - Call to get an estimate or email (easternp@rochester.rr.com) They do everything -- posters, banners, flyers, trimming, etc. and the quality is flawless! An example, I had an order of 200 postcards (trimmed too) I needed printed plus 30 12x18 posters -- total ~$65 frim Eastern Printing. Last year when I printed only 200 postcards elsewhere (FedEx, ahem...) it was over $100! It was a hassle too. I will 100% be supporting Dave and his team. I spent multiple days emailing back and forth with Doug to get decals and magnets made for a…read morememorial I am attending. Doug was kind and helpful until he wasn't. I was told they could complete the job on time and went on to create a design because they could not use the google image I found (which I understood) when I sent him the one I made, again I was told that the photo could not be used and that I would have to create a different photo but I would have to go through a different company to do so. I sent an email back to Doug letting him know that I could do that, but I can also more than likely make it myself but I didn't know what he needed from me in order to make it work (what type of file/picture). He never responded to me. I contacted FASTSIGNS and they were able to have my decals completed with the first photo I originally designed in less than 24 hours. My organization has worked with CSAD for several years now. Service was always good, but since the…read morenew owners took over it is phenomenal. Communication is excellent. Service is immediate and security is top notch. I can call the vice president of the company about anything and he gets back to me within the hour if he doesn't answer right away. When we call for a pick up, if they don't have a truck in the area, they will make a special trip just to our facility. The company is now NAID certified which is huge with such emphasis on data security. The company has also developed a portal so that customers can log in with a password and see exactly what was picked up and where it is in the recycling process. I have worked with 2 other recycling companies prior to CSAD and there is no comparison. I strongly recommend this company.
