I've been researching PMU (Permanent Makeup) artists for a while and was torn between two places, both with wonderful reviews and customer testimonials. After reviewing Instagram, Yelp, and Google, I decided to choose Dashe. Dashe specializes solely in tattoo makeup and is an experienced small business owner, both of which are important to me. I've been wanting to get my eyeliner tattooed so that I won't have to draw it on every day, but I was very apprehensive. Ten years ago, I had a painful experience with this procedure that resulted in patchy results. However, Oxana addressed all my concerns and provided a detailed breakdown of the process, specifically for my eye shape. I have hooded eyes and some grey spots from a previous tattoo. The procedure itself was definitely uncomfortable, even with the numbing cream, but it was much more bearable with Oxana's gentle hands, allowing me to sit through the entire procedure. Immediately after completing the winged eyeliner, my eyes looked slightly puffy, but the liner turned out beautiful. She shaped them perfectly symmetrically--better than I could have drawn them myself! I was even able to go back to work the same day. Healing was quick for me, with very little discomfort. For a couple of days, it felt like a slight bruise. Now, almost two weeks later, the color has lightened just a tad, as she had mentioned, but the ink and shape remain beautiful. I may not need to return for touch-ups. I am more than happy to have chosen Oxana as my PMU artist. She is incredibly sweet and truly cares about her artistry and her customers. I don't leave reviews very often but I'm compelled to do so for this particular service. Permanent eye liner is something I've been wanting to for many years. Oxana is so kind and detail focused, exactly what you want in a tattoo artist for permanent makeup. I had my brows done with her several years ago and they gradually faded and I recently went in to have them redone. One thing I love about her and her work is that she selected a color that was exactly perfect for my brows and they faded into a soft light brown without a hint of off color. This time I also did the eyeliner tattoo as well and they came out so nice!! It saves a ton of time to wake up and have perfect brows and eyeliner everyday. My lips used to have almost no natural color to them but now I wake up with a pretty natural pink color. I'm so happy with the results of my lip tattooing. I have had my lips tattooed several years ago from a different practitioner but the color didn't stay so apparently the results of permanent color on the lips can be a bit unpredictable whether the color sticks or not. With Oxana the color stayed for me and after the touch up session and the scab has peeled off I am very happy with the results. Each session took a few hours and to be honest it can be a bit uncomfortable to lay there for that long getting tattooed. If you can get your hands on some sort of Rx that will help relax you I recommend it! ;) Be sure to follow advise and not have any alcohol or other blood thinners the day before. I made this mistake for my first session and it seemed to increase bleeding. Oxana is great at what she does! Very pleased! read more

Went in for lip blush. Wanted a natural look but was talked into getting a light pink. Well not happy with it at all.. It did not stay and i had to go back for a touch up well she was booked up until August and then wanted to charge me more for the touch up.. Not my fault she had to go on vacation. I went to DASHE BROWS for brow shading and I love the result! Oxana is very patient, detailed and thorough. She patiently listened to how I want my brows to look like; then discussed with me on the brow shapes and colors that would look good on me; and explained the procedure and the healing process in details. I had winged eyeliner done and it didn't come out exactly as designed or discussed. Due to her lack of English skills and her habit, I noticed now, in all her other eyeliner clients' photos, she tends to draw the liner at or below the bottom lashes despite the design she drew that was above my top lashes as well as me showing her pics before we started. u will need to really draw the liner u want on ur eyes instead of just coming with photos. My winged liner should have been drawn on my upper lid above or at the base of my top lashes, not below and into my waterline. No one should be flipping my lids up just to draw upper liner like she was doing! She wasn't apologetic about her lack of understanding of how winged eyeliner is drawn in America or Europe but this is how it's been done for decades! Makeup Tattoo is about artistry not just mechanics as well as keeping up with the latest trends. In addition, one side of the wings was more angled than the other side as she was pulling my skin back to draw the wings. Everyone knows u don't do that with wings as the skin will pull back and the ink will look different than drawn!! Basic makeup knowledge most teens understand! No ruler/hard edge was used to measure the winged tips. Also, the liner on one eye was evidently lower on the lid than the one on the right eye. Instead of taking advice to improve herself and be a better artist, she only pointed out that I am not a model like the photos I sent her on what winged liner should be drawn. It lacks character to put down your clients instead of taking constructive criticism.If she only treats young clients that are models, then why didn't she turn me away. Are my eyeliners drawn crooked because I am not a model? Go with someone who understands basic makeup technique and who has a little more humility and doesn't put people down. read more
