This is the absolute worst and unethical dry cleaners that ever existed! They have absolutely zero respect for customers, no idea about dry cleaning. They damaged a $700 women's suit and never returned the phone calls after a huge complaint. They have no idea how to run a business or customer service. The old woman working at the front desk Doreen yelled at me and belittled me like I was some kind of animal. This place is a disgrace for a small local business. Save your money and your clothing. Went to this place because they're close by and ignored the bad reviews. Man do I feel dumb. These are 2 brand new suits, each worn one time, and quite expensive as they're custom and made in Europe. The red suit I got dry cleaned and they burned a button in half on both sleeves, and burned the main button. Knowing this I decided to give them one more chance with my green suit and this time asked for it to just be pressed. Somehow with just pressing the suit they burned the button in half. The owners claim they're not responsible for damaged buttons (not sure how that could be possible). I have never rated a business bad on here as I'm the one that usually will just go on with my day however when a business won't take responsibility for what is supposed to be their core work it's extremely disappointing. It's a shame Covid caused the other 2 cleaners here in town to shut down, as now I feel forced to leave Westchase for anytime I need the cleaners. Highly recommend skipping this place and driving the extra distance or you will be disappointed like myself. read more

I don't use cleaners very often but when I do, I always use Dash. I had spilled red wine on a hand stitched, one of a kind Corduroy jacket with bead work. They got the wine out and all beads were intact. It looked brand new when I picked it up. All the major chains wanted me to sign waivers releasing liability on them in the event they ruined my jacket. Obviously, I wasn't going to sign those forms. Dash took full responsibility and did an amazing job. Not to mention the price was fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

I have used this dry cleaner for many years and they are close and convenient. In the past three months my dry cleaning smells bad when i pick it up. I have made them aware of the smell. For a month or so it seemed better. This week my dry cleaning smelled so bad, I hang all my clothes outside to get rid of the smell, and that did not resolve the problem. I will not use them again. This is secondhand, but the guy in front of me brought in 30 shirts and got back 29, 1 ruined, i missing. No recourse. When he asked for the owner's name or number, the clerk did not know either one! Beware a business that has an absentee owner! Find another cleaner! I got my slacks back OK, thankfully, but I will not go back to this cleaners. The quality of the cleaning was ok, but I was overcharged on 4 out of 5 cotton shirts. They decided to dry-clean the shirts instead of sending them through laundry as I requested. I didn't catch it until after I paid for the entire order. When I pointed out the charge was incorrect, I was told there was nothing they could do and told to call the "plant" and speak with Mike (owner/manager). Left a message for Mike and haven't heard anything. The prices here are much higher than other cleaners. Not worth it to me, especially since their attitude is "tough luck". read more

They repeatedly folded the collar tips of the dress shirts. The last time I picked up my shirts, they gave me other customers dress shirts with mine. I returned the shirts that weren't ours and asked for my shirts back. They found one and lost another. I've been waiting close to 3 months now for them to replace it and have been given the complete run around. Mike, who apparently runs the main factory, has lied multiple times about what's happening with the shirt. He now won't answer the phone and has started dodging my calls. I've texted him too. Got a $10 off coupon for this place which I provided when dropping off my dry cleaning. When I picked it up they said they don't honor those coupons anymore. When they tried to give me a thin, worn-out suit with the rear seam completely ripped open, I immediately advised that was not my husband's suit. They allege my husband's "Jos A Banks" suit was given in error to another customer. They have made little to no effort to retrieve it. The clerk says the owner, Mr Patel, will make her pay for a replacement. Mr Patel will not return my calls. DON'T TAKE ANYTHING YOU WANT BACK TO THIS CLEANER!! And if you have the wrong man's black Jos A Banks suit that you picked up from the Odessa location back in January, please take it back there! read more

I had brought 3 pairs of pants to Dash Cleaners for alteration 1 1/2 years ago. The hems in 2 of the pants literally came apart. I brought the pants back to have them re-sown. The lady at the counter said they would not fix the hem and that the owner would not make any money if they had to re-do their work. If their work was of any quality, it would not have to be re-done. I called back and asked for the owner to call me. I never received a call back. I will never return and would encourage the use of any other alteration business since they do not stand behind their work and made no attempt at remedying the situation. read more

This place is really bad. First off they are ridiculously priced and don't provide itemized receipts like other cleaners so you know what they are charging per item. They left dirt spots on everything I brought in even after I pointed the spots out on the clothes and they said it would be no problem, they did not do a good job of cleaning. Everything looks really beat up after I picked it up from here, as if they would have put it right thru a washer and dryer rather than dry cleaning. They most definitely charged me for dry cleaning on everything i brought in. The clothes i brought in had been worn one time since being new and now look like they belong in a thrift store. I would have done a better job using a washer and dryer at home. Will never go back again. read more

Horrible service, extremely expensive. They made me come 3 times to their store just to have my t-shirt hieght reduced. Bad excuses - no thread, no tailor, so much work, t-shirt has been taken home, etc. And they charge $15 for a simple hemming that too 4 days to get it done. I dont know why they claim to specialize in alterations. read more
