The fact that clean, delicious (and often vegan!) food can exist in a modern, aesthetically pleasing restaurant and that people who don't abide by certain dietary restrictions can enjoy and crave. I have an enormous soft spot for baked beans over toast. An English breakfast, if you may. (This is the one mainstay of all of the weeks I've spent in London.) The two pieces of vegetarian sausage were cold and the baked beans were just a tad too sweet. But still, maybe Chipps could be your Berlin.
