He is not only knowledgeable and skilled but more than anything, he is wonderfully caring. Dr. Kwon takes his time in assessing each kid and he talks to each kid to make sure that he or she is comfortable. Dr. Kwon then always spends a great amount of time with the parents in ensuring that the each parent is free of concerns and questions. I can go on and on about Dr. Kwon because he truly is amazing. Recently she has been adding some younger PAs to the clinic, and we have only had a great experience with them as well. Last time I took my 5 yo to be seen for cough, the PA took his time to explain to my son, in a very age appropriate way, how viruses work and why he needed to make sure to keep blowing his nose etc. It's one of those rare places that will squeeze in an urgent appointment for your kid even if you call in the morning and need to get your kid seen the same day by a pediatrician, instead of taking them to urgent care. It's a rare quality for a clinic and we have really appreciated it. My kids have always been diagnosed quickly and correctly. The doctors have gone above and beyond in their level of care, even calling me to check if I had gotten a certain prescription. Whenever we get to see Dr Bai she remembers our kids and always checks on them. We feel so lucky that we found this Dr. All the nurses are great as well, and I have been amazed at how well the nurse who does the vaccines can distract my kid so that he barely notices he has already gotten all his shots. Negatives: the waiting room is small and can get crowded. However, the wait times has always been short (unlike in some other clinics).

Yes, he was pushing the importance of vaccines on me even though my son was 3 days old. I'm not anti-vax, just there to get his heart murmur checked. 3. The answers the Dr. did give were not to me, but to his assistant. I literally had to stop him and ask him to direct what he was saying to me. 4. Ultimately, the Dr.'s methods were "interesting" and not a fit for us. We found a pediatrician out in Temecula that we're willing to drive an hour for. Worth it!!
