However, most employees were cleaning in some way which was a good sign. It did feel a little more fresh and clean at this location than other ones. The entrance was interesting because I'm used to just entering the doors and immediately being inside the arcade, but you have to enter through the dilapidated Lakewood Center mall first, and then take escalators up to Round1. It's also a little hectic coming here, because it's right next to Costco. There were an adequate amount of machines, but it definitely seemed smaller than the other locations I visited in LA. However, the skill games and payout rates were very reasonable and fair, and I made out quite well! I won my first Getter Spin game here because the speed was pretty good. You do have to cherry pick a bit, as some of the popular or newer prizes were behind cheese wheels.

Plenty of tunes, pool/billiards and great drinks inside. The service is spot on. Easy local street parking and local to other North Long Beach gay bars like Falcon North and Flux. We had a round of drinks with cigars on the patio and met up with some local friends. It was a pretty mellow night. Everyone was friendly. Definitely more of a locals spot, but all are welcome. Easy Juke Box. Free Wi-Fi. Cash bar. ATM available. Gender neutral restrooms as well as ADA compliant. Rustic around the edges, but more modern in select places both inside and out. The Crest does have some themed nights and drag shows on occasion. I hadn't been inside in a good eight years or so, definitely hope to stop in again and support them.

The young male bartender with glasses provided us excellent service many times. However, the tall blonde bartender that usually works would provide slow and mediocre service. Ambiance was also usually dead and I've never seen this joint really poppin' like that tbh. They do occasionally have live rock bands perform which was a plus for me as I'm all for live entertainment. Prices are a little steep here though from what I remember.
