We then tried our luck at the bowling alley and although the guy at the counter was nice , the experience just kept getting worse. We asked for three people on a lane for one game and even though they offered to comp the rental shoes (they did not, but that's ok) it came out to $45. We head over to our lane and spend ten minutes trying to figure it out because it turns out the lane was broken and kept skipping turns and would not reset the pins properly even after several attempts. So we got back in line to mention this and they said all they could do was refund $10 for the shoes or give a new lane. At this point my 4 year old nephew and friend were bummed and not really into playing so we got a $10 refund. Was pretty upset that they said they could not refund our "playing time" since we did not spend any time actually playing just trying to fix the lane and then over 10 minutes waiting in line to discuss the issue with our lane. I used to come here all the time and came back for nostalgia and safe to say I would not come back nor recommend this place to anyone. Really unfortunate experience. Also, as far as the arcade, very grim to see majority of games aren't even working properly as well.
