(Not that this happened to me -- OK, obviously, it did.) Some years back I had to put an apartment full of stuff (including several hundred books) into storage, pronto, and a friend who kept some of her belongings there suggested Vernon, for which I am extremely grateful. The storage units are large and secure, and I was able to fit everything into one unit. It was just about the only thing that worked well at a crummy time. I've kept the unit for the past four years, with no problems at all. The rates are great and the people who work there are really nice and friendly. It's month-to-month, so at some point when I need all that stuff again, I can go and get it, without breaking a contract and paying a fee. That's handy, too.

This company could not of been more accommodating or nicer. The person we dealt with was Barbara. She could of not been nicer and very prompt in returning calls, whether it was a week end or off hours. When they brought the unit as well as removed the unit, there is 0 damage to your property. They give you several calls to update you as to exactly when the unit will be removed. It is really cool to watch how a robot like piece of equipment takes it out. Again, I can only praise this company, especially in today's day and age where it seems so many businesses could care less about a returning customer. Thanks guys, and girls, 5 thumbs up !!!!!!

UNITS really saved our bacon after PODS failed us. We were having our basement finished and need…read moreto move everything out during construction. We had originally gone with PODS because they are the name brand you see all the commercials for. Unfortunately they failed to deliver our container on multiple occasions. We were running out of time with construction scheduled to start in two days. UNITS came to the rescue and was able to deliver a 16' container for the same price offered by PODS for a12' container. And they were able to deliver the same day. The container was clean and secure and it was delivered and placed with zero problems. It was picked up promptly when we were done. Would definitely use them again or recommend them for anyone else that needed on site storage.

Hugo was professional, highly competent, and his prices were excellent. The day of the move, Hugo showed up right on time with three movers. The guys were incredibly fast and lovely. They had smiles on their faces the whole time, even carrying ridiculously heavy things down steep stairs. (We've all had the "miserable" movers, right? This was the opposite.) Everything I owned was wrapped and treated with the greatest care. Hugo even helped me get my car to my new locale. Unload was fast and perfect. Meeting her and john at my apartment for the estimate of my move was easy going and I felt like I knew them already. John was going to be in charge of my move and wanted me to be assured that everything was going to be smooth sailing. I was very happy with the price they gave me for my move from a 22nd floor elevator move to a 14th floor elevator new building. They were very reasonable.
