We notified this firm that we no longer needed their services. We were met with a rude response and the attorney (Joseph Voelkner) subsequently contacted the referrer (a third party) multiple times and discussed details of our account. Extremely unprofessional. Fast forward and they are attempting to collect payment for this "service"! I outlined my dissatisfaction and this was met with more rudeness and an unwillingness to rectify the situation. I paid the invoice and left with a lower quality purchase agreement than the version I authored myself. I feel bad for anyone with serious matters through this firm. I would not trust them to get my mail.

When I began to work with her I would contact her once in a while to check the status. Moving forwards she neglected to fill a form and stalled my case for about a year. After confronting her she became red and visibly upset that she had been called out on her lie. She than agreed to reimburse my money due to her negligence. Yes I said negligence because that is what it was. At this time I was currently working in the country as a P.E and a lot of Hispanic families would mentioned to me that they were working with Kelsi and how they were either ripped off or they were just never informed of there case. I soon realized she was also scamming these poor people! The sad part is no one files a clime on her to the BAR. I have obtained my money back so I couldn't really file anything other than my experience with her. People if she took your money with out providing you any services please make the BAR aware. She can not continue to provide legal services when there is lack of moral ethics.

I already had a legal defense membership but wanted to pray and faithfully choose my own attorney. Pat Dewane looked over the accusations and realized immediately that this was a bogus and malicious attack and willingly took it on! Pat has probably over 40 years of experience himself, I'm guessing, and both of his children are also attorneys (one a judge). Pat's answers and counter questions were pointedly wiser than that of P.M.s attorney (It didn't hurt that I kept (keep) 'meticulous' records of every meaningful assault perpetrated by P.M., photos, witnesses, videos and recordings, as well as restraining orders against P.M. for each me and my husband). After 10 months, P.M.s lawyer dropped HIM! Then the entire case was FINALLY dropped AND WITH prejudice against P.M. and WITHOUT prejudice for us. Thank you Patrick Dewane . Then they switched lawyers on me and then Kaufman came back with an offer of 2 years probation. Once again, no crime was committed but they said they simply wanted to make sure I was taking my meds which I do diligently. No problem there. Then Kaufman, after giving those scoundrels 9000 dollars tried to talk me into taking a year probation. When I said no, he said, "Well you've dragged this on long enough and this is what we've decided". When he said "We" , he meant the prosecutors and him. They all sleep in the same bed. You will never get proper representation from these charlatans. He was even from my Alma Mater. I hope everyone that works at this firm gets beheaded with a rusty razor blade. Scum! All of them.
