My uncle used this law office for his will. I will admit the lawyer was very careful about what he said. I just wanted to know if I had any responsibilities as to what my uncle's last requests involving me were. The attorney decided I wanted to know if I inherited anything. Things would have been so much easier if he had simply stated that I was not in the will, although he had my name and address from my uncle. I guess, he is used to people who want to inherit something when they call. My recommendation to the attorney, when someone is saying responsibility and not saying what do I get, listen and ask questions before deciding on your answer. I am relieved that the responsibilities I was told I had by my uncle are not in the will that is now in probate and I can go on with my life not worrying about what I have no control over because he did not follow through on what he said he was doing. read more
