I've also worked as a pro photographer and stager for years with Real Estate Agents to prepare their listing. I was beyond blown away working with Amy. She surpasses every fantastic agent we've worked with 10 times over. I actually feel she should run seminars and events to train agents with her method. More of this is needed in the real estate profession. I could write a 10 page article as raving review, but I'll just do a summary to save you time and let you experience this for yourself when you work with her. Any and her team have unmatched: Attention to detail before listing the home to put its best "face" on the market. Meticulous beautiful details for open houses and showings to explain everything to visitors. Amazing pricing strategy. Fantastic photography team. Incredible negotiation that's balanced and realistic. Amazingly friendly and professional. Such a pleasure to work with, the process was actually fun even though it was such a challenging market. Amazing recommendations who we worked with for repairs and anything we needed + the title company contact Mary she works with is amazing too. What an incredible experience! If you have the ability to work with Amy and her team, stop looking and work with her or you else you'd be missing out. Beyond recommended! THANK YOU SO MUCH AMY!

After realizing that our property management company was not equipped to sell our property, we…read morefound Amy and Brian Savage by looking on Yelp. We didn't realize how fortunate we were to find them until a long, frustrating sale was finally completed. As out of state owners heading towards retirement, we were ready to sell our small duplex. The pandemic hit right as we made this decision. Amy and Brian used their experience and expertise to navigate the new and challenging complexities of the pandemic as it unfolded. They worked tirelessly and professionally with our unresponsive and sometimes surly property management company. Also complicating the issue, we had a difficult tenant who continually tried to sabotage the property sale. Through no fault of theirs, unforeseen issues caused the sale to fall through a couple times. We watched them flex and adjust to rapidly changing situations, always communicating, updating and encouraging us. Frankly, we were amazed at how hard they worked to sell our modest and relatively inexpensive property. Amy and Brian never gave up. They went above and beyond to make the sale happen. It was the most difficult property sale we have experienced but also the best service we have received from a realtor. We are truly grateful and recommend this company wholeheartedly.

As a first time home buyer, things can quickly get overwhelming as your making important decisions for the future. Hayley and Dan did a great job with their communication, education and humility. I never felt a question was too dumb, or an ask was too extraordinary. Truly believe at the end of the day, all they wanted was for me to find a home I will enjoy for a price that made financial sense. They never rushed me to a decision, or got frustrated with my newness with this process. It also helped that their support group of lenders, contractors, etc. are also professional. You can tell they value real relationships and honest people. If your looking for an experience that feels human and not automated, I highly recommend you set up time with Hayley and San.

They communicate clearly and often, are solid negotiators when needed, and bring their A game to every aspect from start to finish. Many of which I assume are in the "there's no such thing as a dumb question, but..." category :). Hilary & Darcie graciously answered them all, quickly and with plenty of details. As our purchase took place during COVID-19, house tours looked a little different, but they helped us navigate that too. From ensuring we could get in and view a house quickly, to making us feel comfortable with proper PPE and social distancing practices. When we found *the* house, they were quick to draft up an offer and walk us through what everything meant (it's a long contract, but important to understand!). They helped us find and schedule inspections, get bids during negotiations, and coordinate repairs with the seller. And because they work seamlessly as a team, they were available 7-days a week and were able to jump right in no matter who we spoke with last. As a first-time buyer, it would have been really easy to get lost in all of this, but I was never worried that we were missing a step. Hilary & Darcie had our backs throughout the entire process, which was a huge relief! And even as we started moving in and looking at some small upgrades and customizations, they have continued to be a wonderful resource for connecting to local professionals across a wide variety of services. I highly recommend working with Hilary & Darcie - you'll be glad you did!
