As a newer real estate investor, I came into the process with plenty of questions. They made the entire experience incredibly straightforward. Communication was excellent, they were very patient, and I always felt like I had knowledgeable people helping me think through each decision. Matt provided thoughtful advice and perspective throughout the purchase. Seth and Jennifer were extremely organized and responsive and did a great job keeping everything moving. I especially appreciated that their focus seemed to be on helping me make a sound investment rather than simply getting a deal closed. They helped with inspections, vendors, scheduling, access to the property, and all of the many details that come with purchasing an investment property. I would absolutely work with Tercek Real Estate Group again and highly recommend them to both home buyers and real estate investors.
