Many of which I assume are in the "there's no such thing as a dumb question, but..." category :). Hilary & Darcie graciously answered them all, quickly and with plenty of details. As our purchase took place during COVID-19, house tours looked a little different, but they helped us navigate that too. From ensuring we could get in and view a house quickly, to making us feel comfortable with proper PPE and social distancing practices. When we found *the* house, they were quick to draft up an offer and walk us through what everything meant (it's a long contract, but important to understand!). They helped us find and schedule inspections, get bids during negotiations, and coordinate repairs with the seller. And because they work seamlessly as a team, they were available 7-days a week and were able to jump right in no matter who we spoke with last. As a first-time buyer, it would have been really easy to get lost in all of this, but I was never worried that we were missing a step. Hilary & Darcie had our backs throughout the entire process, which was a huge relief! And even as we started moving in and looking at some small upgrades and customizations, they have continued to be a wonderful resource for connecting to local professionals across a wide variety of services. I highly recommend working with Hilary & Darcie - you'll be glad you did!
