I decided to calI. The Item I purchased from them was a flat faced trigger and what I received from them was a curved trigger in the flat face trigger packaging. I asked them to replace the incorrect part with the right one I paid for. I was met with silence. I received an email saying, "Thanks for your response at this time I do show that this isn't a PSA product so I can offer you a credit for the incorrect item per our policy" I have the receipt and website image of the trigger I purchased. what?? credit?? why not replace with the correct trigger I paid for, or at the least refund me my money?. I see this as a scam of sorts. I have not heard back as of today. Let me also say I was a customer of 12 years. meanwhile the boilerplate of the customer service email says... If this is item not manufactured by Palmetto State Armory or our sister companies a refund must issued. it says it right there...wow 1-15-2026 I called customer service to talk about the RMA they sent me with no directions and Palmetto State Armory has still yet to define what the terms will be. I originally asked for a return or replacement of the part I originally ordered. I was told by customer service in writing that I will only be allowed store credit. That was not good enough for me since I was in the window for a full return per Palmetto State Armory Policy. Let me say, the phone call I had today with customer service was even more horrendous. absolutely disgusted with Palmetto State Armory. This could have been avoided with a simple phone call, Yet I was forced to follow up with Customer service and the person was extremely rude. A friend and I took the CWP course on Sunday 3/14/21 and had the best time. The classroom portion,…read moretaught by Ethan (owner) and Chance, was not boring and very informative. They covered everything you need to know to pass the written test and made it humorous as well with lots of tips. The live firing was fun. You actually drive to a private property in Conway for this and it was really pretty. We shot in groups of 4 and you could use their guns and ammo or bring your own. I don't get to shoot as much as I would like to but I was able to easily pass the live fire test as well. But they really went above and beyond when my truck wouldn't start when we were finished. Chance stayed with my friend and I for almost 2 hours trying to jump my truck until AAA came. Chance refused to leave even after telling him it was OK several times. He actually spent some of the time to show me how to clean my firearm. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Myrtle Beach Guns to anyone for the CWP course. Keep an eye out for coupon codes to save $20. They were cheaper than other options with the coupon. They also frequently update their Facebook page for useful info and funny memes.
