I took my favorite pair of pants in to be altered and they are completely ruined and unwearable now. I went in to try to get a refund and the person there argued with me for several minutes before finally giving me a refund, but she would only do so by keeping the pants. I refused, a $25 refund is insulting compared to the price of the pants. Terrible service, terrible work, don't go here.
